Trying to have fun, and not be too serious- I'm a School Psychologist, and I enjoy my work and the many roles I play at my schools. My work life can be rigid, so I strive for spontaneity, creativity, and exploration in my free time.
Mindfullness and yoga practice have been new foci for me in the last year or so (or, more accurately, a re-focus). I try to walk places, make things myself, and avoid online shopping.
I love the arts, mostly visual stuff, but always open to performance, film, etc. Frequent visitor to the Frye, the Henry, and the SAM. I've been developing my own art practice and started taking classes about a year ago; currently figure drawing at Gage.
I love to read, mostly literature, poetry, and criticism, but sometimes I get drawn to science and psychology. Fitness and exercise are really important to me, but I don't spend a lot of time at the gym. I'd describe myself as an introvert who likes social time too, so I get out often and have close friends, but need my down time to recharge.
