My self-summary
Born and raised in Seattle, I work in the public schools, and love it here in the PNW. I'm progressive, feminist, intellectual, emotional, artistic, and I believe in environmental stewardship and civic duty. Sometimes I feel startling similarities with the life of Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm, but aspire to be more like Dale Cooper in Twin Peaks.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to have fun, and not be too serious- I'm a School Psychologist, and I enjoy my work and the many roles I play at my schools. My work life can be rigid, so I strive for spontaneity, creativity, and exploration in my free time.

I've been reading mostly art history/criticism, poetry, and psychology. I try to walk places, make things myself, and cook delicious meals with friends.

I love the arts, mostly visual stuff, but also performance, film, etc. Frequent visitor to the Frye, the Henry, and the SAM. I've been developing my own art practice and started taking classes about a year ago; currently figure drawing at Gage.

Fitness and exercise are really important to me, but I don't spend a lot of time at the gym. Trying to do more outdoor running and hiking as the weather gets nice!
