My self-summary
Hello to all of you out there! I enjoy gaming (MMORPGS,tabletop, and video games),watching baseball games (GO MARINERS and D-Backs!) and all sorts of intellectual pursuits. I tend to at least browse through such periodicals as National Geographic, Scientific American and Popular Science. I am at times brought to tears by images from the Hubble Space Telescope. I am also a sucker for trade publications, and have a subscription to Sports Illustrated (I am a stats geek, and I love to discuss passer ratings, OBP, and BA. )

I am ashamed to notice how few people have manners in the modern era. This is one reason that I often feel out of sync with this time period. I would have fit in better in Victorian England... with Oscar Wilde, Lily Langtree and their like...

I am loquacious, well-rounded, and mostly harmless
What I’m doing with my life
Working for a government contract. Making more than I used to!

Playing Diablo III: Reaper of Souls on PC with a bunch of guildmates and friends.

I am looking (primarily) to make friends, but... stranger things have happened (ESPECIALLY to me ^_^)
I’m really good at
Gaming, occasionally singing (we should Karaoke sometime!) and intellectual pursuits of all stripes. I am also good at making friends with animals, making friends with Humans, and (often) staying out of trouble.

I am bad at housework (usually), keeping things to myself, and eating things before others in my household do (*grr*)
The first things people usually notice about me
My attitude (usually positive), my eyes, my intellect.

The first thing I notice about others is their eyes, then their shoes.

Six things I could never do without
1.) My Sanity
2.) My sense of aesthetics
3.) My friends & extended family
4.) My PC
5.) My intellect
6.) My five senses
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Quantum mechanics, the nature of existence, food & drink, intellectual pursuits of all sorts... gaming.
I spend a lot of time THINKING, so if you do not, we probably will not get along so well.
On a typical Friday night I am
...alive. I have no typical nights of any sort, Friday or otherwise.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
None of your business, unless you ASK me about it!
You should message me if
You want conversation and friendship that will (hopefully) knock your socks off!

You have similar interests, are a fellow writer/artist/musician/creative type. If you prefer face-to face contact to text messages/e-mails/IM.
