My self-summary
I have a passion for nature that won't go away. I would describe myself as very liberal and dynamic, with a tendency to always have 2 projects happening. I am also very health conscious and caring, sometimes too much. I have been exploring my passions for cooking, nature, natural building and gardening.
I am fluid, thoughtful, and creative.
What I’m doing with my life
Working a ton this winter to pay off debts and start growing a vegetable garden again, or reading a good book.
Making new friends. Sleeping under the stars. Hiking, backpacking, pottery, wilderness survival, rock skipping, practicing daily patience, eating fresh fish. Researching sustainable building techniques to build a low impact home that is totally off the grid. This includes teaching myself to garden.
I have also been focusing on getting back in shape. Running has just started to happen again.
I’m really good at
Making things with my hands ranging from strange pottery, to well made sushi, to prolific gardens. Enjoying simplicity.
The first things people usually notice about me
My creative flare, manifest in my adamant refusal to shave my unibrow.

5. Cooking
6. Family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I have a dream of living next to a fast moving stream or river on the bottom of a mountain where I would build my own low impact fusion cob/straw bale house that would include passive solar, mini-hydro, a sod roof and would be partially built into a hill and look something like this house.

living simply, emerging technology, waterfalls, the power to do good, patience versus action, growing things in dirt.
On a typical Friday night I am
Cooking, reading scientific news and or a good book, playing board games, and more often than not working extra so that i can save money.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am addicted to all forms of pickles.
You should message me if
You have an adventure to share, something new you want to teach me, a board game you want to play, a new hike to go on, a shared interest that we might want to explore, or for any other good reason you can think of. Please no chainsaw murderers. Looking only friends and especially those who like to cook, garden, eat raw, and go adventuring out of doors. Canyoneering invites are especially welcome.
