My self-summary
Hi, my name's Cody. Total nerd, check. Immature sense of humour, check. Still got all my fingers and toes, check. With all that, total catch, amiright?

I think life is profound and I'm not afraid of things I don't understand. I try to not worry too much about the past, and my main focus is to find ways to get excited about the future.

I'm interested in meeting new people who aren't afraid of stepping outside their box. While I'm looking for a long term relationship, I definitely don't want to rush anything. We can just start with getting to know each other, be a little ridiculous, and hope something good will come out of it.
What I’m doing with my life
Working the old 9-5, looking at plenty of trips in the near future, and finding new music, food around town, and ways to waste time.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Kurt Vonnegut, Neil Gaiman, and Chuck Palahniuk, to name a few. Usually science fiction or something weird.

Movies: Blue's Brothers, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Fifth Element, Princess Bride. I'm a sucker for classics. Recent favourites include About Time, Ex Machina, and Fury Road.

TV Shows: iStranger Things, iZombie, Daredevil, The Office, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

I am a huge music nerd, especially for Canadian rock like July Talk and Tragically Hip, old school punk, and a bit of rap when I'm feeling it.

I love pretty much any type of food, but trying to eat a little healthier. I love trying different restaurants, and I'm not a huge fan of fast food chains. I'm especially a fan of all day breakfast diners. :P

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What is coming up next! Some way that I can follow passions full time. Planning out trips over the next years, and meeting new people.
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday nights I'm likely doing something at least, whether out for food, at a movie, or just drinks and music. Or even staying in watching a movie or playing card games with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I hate spiders. I don't know why, but probably because spiders are made of nightmares.
You should message me if
Message if you're interested or interesting. If you have open views and passionate opinions, and are looking for someone to discover something new, let's chat. We can at least start with a new, quirky cafe. ;P
