My self-summary
I make it a point to find humor in whatever I can. I'm at my most comfortable when informal and unfiltered.

I'm self-deprecating and enjoy embracing flaws. I try not to take things too serious. I enjoy sarcasm, and might be considered slightly weird or silly, depending on your views.

I have raw, honest perceptions about the world that aren't swayed by what's politically correct, acceptable, or popular.

I'm a better thumb-wrestler than you. Prove me wrong.

I perceive and live life through a moral, logical lens. I just try to be fair in all things. I often ask myself "what is logical?"

I don't own a smart phone or car. I just don't need them. But I might have an internet addiction.

I'm fascinated by science and history, football and MMA

That's enough for now
What I’m doing with my life
Took up jiu jitsu for fun recently. Besides that I often eat, sleep, and find ways to entertain myself.
I’m really good at
Making inappropriate jokes in my head. Drinking and judging smoothies. Petting my cat. Never being bored.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look younger than my age. Yes, I am 33!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I won't bore you with details, because I get *seriously* bored when women list their 63 favorite books, bands, and movies on their profile (give me the outline, not a thesis on your preferences!)

Hunter S Thompson is my favorite author and one of my favorite books is A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking. Some decent range there. I am also into the ASOIAF series, aka game of thrones, and can really dork out to that...

Movies and shows I like comedies most: Anchorman, Arrested Development, Parks and Rec, It's Always Sunny, The Office, etc etc.

I like a variety of music - NOFX, Sublime, early White Stripes, David Bowie, Dropkick Murphys, Arcade Fire, The Who, blah blah, blah blah

But I prefer podcasts now: Adam Carolla, Joe Rogan, Savage Love, Stuff You Should Know, NFL & MMA podcasts, etc etc
The six things I could never do without
- chaco sandals
- my Bianchi
- things that make me laugh
- the Internet
- optimism
- sunshine
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How incomprehensibly big the Universe is. Comedy. Is time travel possible? *update - I'm pretty sure it is*
On a typical Friday night I am
resting and recovering after jiu jitsu
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I wish I could live out of my tent, at least for a long while. There's something about waking up outside that makes me feel truly alive.
You should message me if
you like to go on bike rides, kayaking, camping, or any fun outdoor stuff think you can convince me r + l = j is wrong

You have a joke to share

If you're still reading after all this nonsense, you might as well say hi
