My self-summary
I make it a point to find humor in whatever I can. I'm at my most comfortable when informal and unfiltered.

I'm self-deprecating and enjoy embracing flaws. I try not to take things too serious. I enjoy sarcasm, and might be considered slightly weird or silly, depending on your views.

I have raw, honest perceptions about the world that aren't swayed by what's politically correct, acceptable, or popular.

I perceive and live life through a moral, logical lens. I just try to be fair in all things. I often ask myself "what is logical"

I like history, science, and many other geeky thinks.
What I’m doing with my life
I work full-time and go to school part-time. Brazilian jiu jitsu is my favorite and most time consuming hobby
I’m really good at
Making inappropriate jokes in my head. Stealing a cat's love. Never being bored.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look younger than my age. Yes, I am 35!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
This is always the most boring part of the profile, I'll try to be concise.

Hunter S Thompson is my favorite author and one of my favorite books is A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking. Some decent range there. I am also into the ASOIAF series, aka game of thrones, and can really dork out to that...

Movies and shows I like comedies most: Anchorman, Arrested Development,It's Always Sunny, The Office, etc etc. Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead are my favs. Excited for Stranger Things season 2!

I like a variety of music - NOFX, Sublime, early White Stripes, David Bowie, Dropkick Murphys, Arcade Fire, The Who, blah blah, blah blah

But I prefer podcasts now: Adam Carolla, Joe Rogan, Savage Love, Stuff You Should Know, etc
Six things I could never do without
- chaco sandals
- my Bianchi
- things that make me laugh
- the Internet
- optimism
- sunshine
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How incomprehensibly big the Universe is. Comedy. Jiu jitsu, and when I get to train again. Is time travel possible? *update - I'm pretty sure it is*
On a typical Friday night I am
Jiu jitsu! And recovering and resting from jiu jitsu. Possibly Bike Party, depending on the week
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I wish I could live out of my tent, at least for a long while. There's something about waking up outside that makes me feel truly alive.
You should message me if
you like to go on bike rides, kayaking, camping, or any fun outdoor stuff think you can convince me r + l = j is wrong

You have a joke to share

If you're still reading after all this nonsense, you might as well say hi
