My self-summary
My name is Sean as I've said. I grew up in Gresham (outer pdx) and have lived in the area most of my life. I moved to Alaska for a while to experience cold, and New Mexico for a while for the heat. One day I'll live in New York, though probably not, really,

I find comfort in routines, because every day is groundhogs day. The only difference is he didn't have to worry about cleaning.

I enjoy disc golf more than hiking, backpacking more than camping, festivals more than concerts, strangers, drinks, and the unknown.

I believe in crystals and chakra's and the magical mysticism of the universe, yet I'm not practicing.

I do structural engineering by day. By night and weekends, I pursue social connection, deepening my relationship with my hobbies (therefore myself), and my relationship with others. I'm teaching myself programming and hope to have built my own software tools in the next few years.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Load capacities of structural members, 'python' the coding language, my to-do list that fills itself up when i'm not paying attention, when my next time to be outside is, keeping up with the friends/family/self, something something policitics/climate/universal basic income, figuring out if the unlikely thing will happen/mitigating risk. Honestly my goal is either to not think at all, think very intensly abou what is going on, or think very intensly about what will happen, so that while its happening I can be in the moment and not have to think.
On a typical Friday night I am
I might find a solo game of disc golf or go out with others. Maybe go to a bar or a party or maybe go read a book all alone. If I'm at home its with hummus and kettle chips, and chocolate.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoy not talking.

I'm the exact opposite of your ob-wan-kanobe, as in "I'm not your only hope"
