My self-summary
I'm from Awesomeville, where last year I was voted 'Most Awesome'. I'm really nice, make lots of money, am tremendously popular.. believe me.. and everybody's talking about it. Oh wait, who am I kidding, that's not me.. that's the Donald talking. : <<br />
* I've been really into music since I was a little kid. Back then I liked only rock/metal music ... now I like crazy variety of crazy music.

* I moved here (from Asheville) as part of process of changing/finding new work path.. and attended UNC, now sending out resumes.

* Life transition has been fun, rewarding, challenging, rough times, scary times, great times...
What I’m doing with my life
Perfecting my imperfections. I love music, alternative radio, and the like. I do a radio show called 'Wildcard Wednesday' on WHUP, a new station in Hillsborough. And, as above, chasing the dream = - >
I’m really good at
Badminton. Im tremendous, top notch.. believe me.
The first things people usually notice about me
Real person - not faking it, unless I'm faking it that day.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS - I'm incredibly behind on reading it's ridiculous. It's one of my current goals. This part of my time/life has been monopolized with music. I'm currently considering Catcher in the Rye (yep, for real) .. though I need to find out if that's for adults (or mostly just younger folk).

MOVIES - As above,yep.. I've never saw Rainman. Or Forest Gump (though I don't really like Tom Hanks.. so maybe that's why). I haven't watched a movie in about 5 years. Wow, just realized that.

SHOWS - My fave is UNC-TV Explorer channel which has incredible travel show called Globe Trekker.

Yes, I do like football on occasion, though it ends up being big time-waster if you let it. My new strategy (actually will be trying tonight in a couple of hours.. ) is to pick just 1 game/week.. and watch 2/3 of game (about 2 hours). I hope this works.. I don't want to have to go for football-detox.

MUSIC - yessir.. from Ben Howard to Frank Zappa to Buckwheat Zydeco (RIP Buckwheat) ... to Back Stabbath to Dread Zeppelin. Also classical, ambient, electro, bluegrass, honky tonk, alt rock a la WXDU.. to Alan Holdsworth to Genesis to Fleet Foxes. Yessir.

FOOD - 85% healthy, 15% straight from the devil's kitchen (yes, to the point of eating straight up cookie dough). For some reason the term "foodie" really bothers me. Oyster stew with a dab of A1, Saltine Cracker and a cold brew I'm thinking ranks #1. I doubt many people have tried this but you should. I add a lil' cayenne or something.
The six things I could never do without

The number 6
I spend a lot of time thinking about
who-the-hell came up with the idea for the classic "hand underneath the chin" pose ?
On a typical Friday night I am
I for some reason.. have mostly chilled on Fridays.. if do anything fun/social I usually like Sat. nights. But who knows these are just days of the week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
recent really strong desire to play badminton.
You should message me if
yeah, you should message me.
