My self-summary
I'm from Awesomeville, where last year I was voted 'Most Awesome'. I'm really nice, make lots of money, am tremendously popular. Oh wait, who am I kidding.. that's obviously Donal Trump, not me.

I'm thinking bullet-points :

* I've been really into music since I was a little kid. Back then I liked only rock/metal music ... now I like crazy variety of crazy music.

* I moved here (from Asheville) as part of process of changing/finding new work path.. and attended UNC, now sending out resumes.

* Life transition has been fun, rewarding, challenging, rough times, scary times, great times...
What I’m doing with my life
Perfecting my imperfections. I love music, alternative radio, and the like. Check out my crazy radio show 'Wildcard Wednesday' on WHUP, new station in Hillsborough.
I’m really good at
Somewhat abstract one-liners that are sometimes hilarious, though most often fall flat.

Perfecting my imperfections.
The first things people usually notice about me
Hopefully that I'm a real person - not faking it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS - wish I could find to read. A couple of years ago I read short-novel 'Cannery Row' by Steinbeck - it's a casual. laid back read.. but something really awesome about it.

MOVIES - b/c of my endless quest to listen/seek out new music there are so many movies i have not seen... i hear "omg, you haven't seen that" a lot. though i do love movies. but, yes, never saw Rainman.

SHOWS - canceling my cable was *great* decision. i'm actually much happier w/ the measly 4 channels i now get. my fave is UNC-TV Explorer channel which has incredible travel show called Globe Trekker.

MUSIC - as above.

FOOD - 85% healthy, 15% the devil (yes, to the point of eating straight up cookie dough). for some reason the term "foodie" really bothers me. oyster stew is awesome.
The six things I could never do without
My Banjo
Just kidding
My dog, Marcus
The number 6
I spend a lot of time thinking about
who-the-hell came up with the idea for the classic "hand underneath the chin" pose ?
On a typical Friday night I am
6pm - drinking
11pm - still drinking
2:30 am - passed out under bar stool at a honky tonk.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
recent really strong desire to play badminton.
