My self-summary
I should start this by saying that my younger sister tells me that Denzel looks like me. (If that doesn't elicit laughter, then maybe your not my Sally and I'm not your Harry). I am a driven, adventurous, and fun loving man, with an appreciation for nuance. Got a passion for learning, discovery, and aspire to move/influence the world in my own small way. Never lacking for confidence, I throw myself into a challenge, and apply resourcefulness to bring it to fruition. Self assured enough to laugh at myself. I am looking to meet women that are independent , endowed with a sense of humor, and are fierce (not too fierce).
What I’m doing with my life
Economist who pivoted from consulting to international development. Working hard, pursuing adventure, and surrounding myself with good people as well as feeding my passion for business/literature. My unique background (growing up - seeing different cultures) allows me to see things with a richer lens than most people.
I’m really good at
Coming up with creative ways to see the humor and novelty in a situation. I guess I shouldn't neglect to mention that I am superb at charting a course and following through. (Insert - that means that I have that magical follow through formula.) I have a superb touch for subtlety. (So that takes care of communication.) But, it all boils down to this talent of separating what's important versus trivial.
The first things people usually notice about me
So, I have surveyed a number of people, and it seems that "the first thing that people notice about me is my presence and inviting air." What does that mean? Either I am like the Great Wall of China in the flesh or the more likely answer, people enjoy spending time in my orbit. The survey also noted that "I have a probing and piercing look" about me. That could go a million ways, but if you ask me, I think if I were to step outside of myself I wound notice my sense of humor, the laughter that surrounds me, and my playful nature. I'm of the mind that that there are enough occasions which call for being serious and buttoned up, but you gotta chill out sometime.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
why won't this guy in front of me turn already. I am a planner so, I often ask questions of how I can make an impact, where are the leverage points, what works, what doesn't. I love figuring out how things work. (Its all feedback, baby!)
On a typical Friday night I am
It varies of course - Getting together with good friends - catching up, jamming to some live music, listening to jazz, and of course finding that undiscovered "it.."
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I thought I shared lots of private details. My first childhood dream was to be the next piano playing virtuoso, think Yo-Yo Ma, or if you're just plain mean think Yonie/John Tesh.
