I moved to California about 13 years ago from Texas to get to better weather and live in a place with so much to do and explore. I'm invigorated by living among beautiful surroundings. I recently bought a condo in Redwood City near 280. I've been exploring the hiking spots nearby, and frankly just love looking out my window towards the bay. I have wonderful friends who I spend a good amount of time with on the weekends. We've been through a lot together and I'm very loyal to them. I consider them my family here. I enjoy going to the farmer's market on a Saturday morning, working on my house, reading, working out, cooking...all things I like to do by myself...but would also like to do with a partner. As much as I enjoy my life today, I feel strongly that it could be even better with the right person.
So, what am I looking for? Well, I'm looking to find a partner in life, not a casual encounter. I'd also like to find someone who is mature and responsible, committed to personal growth and learning, has integrity and is respectful of others, and has a positive outlook on life. I want to meet a man who knows how to have fun and enjoy life, but can also be serious when necessary.
Hopefully if you're still reading, something I've written has struck a chord with you. Like most people online, I like to travel (Italy was my last big trip last year...took a cooking class in Tuscany...AMAZING!), and try new things (I'm into taking classes here and there...last year I took cooking classes, cheese and wine pairing, and golf lessons). If you like some of the same things, send me an email and we can compare notes.
I love to travel, and usually get the itch to travel abroad every couple of years. When I moved to California from Texas, I decided to make the most of what the area has to offer. I now enjoy spending time outdoors in the area, checking out festivals, and heading to wine country. Last year I took a solo trip to Italy and had the best time! I took a week long cooking class in between touring Cinque Terre and Tuscany. Amazing!
