My self-summary
I've decided to redo pretty much my entire profile to better encompass me and my likes/interests. Prepare yourself, Narnia.

I'm a 24 year old guy, im moving to central ave in albany, to be closer to my new full time job with the state. I now work for the state insurance fund monday through friday, and make a nice paycheck.

I enjoy various forms of entertainment, from TV shows, video games, cooking, chatting, or just going for a walk on the nearby nature trails (most of which are stunning in the winter and fall).

I personally believe myself to be a very good cook and photographer, both of which come from my mother's side. She can cook an amazing breakfast/dinner, and her mother was a photographer by profession. I apparently inherited her innate skill, and frequently find myself snapping shots with my cellphone of sunrises/sunsets, amazing sky's on cloudy days, trees, or other vibrant colors that stick out and make the world beautiful. I would be more than happy to share these with anyone.

I'm very open to new ideas, such as things to do or places to go, however i generally don't prefer to drive long distances myself. I also refuse to try new foods 95.5% of the time.

After viewing my physical being in the mirror recently, i've realized that i don't like how i look. It affects my self-confidence among other things, so i've already decided to fix it. I've begun working out random days each week, from going for a walk up the hill in town, to doing situps/etc in my room. I would absolutely love to have someone to work out/walk with. I've also begun to cut back on the junk food that i used to scarf like the world was ending. However the 12/21/12 apocalypse didn't happen, so that needs to change.

By the by, if i've sent you a seemingly generic message, it's because after sending 125+ and getting 3 replies, i simply don't have the time or energy to personalize every single greeting. I'm not a huge fan of wasting my time on people with red dots by their name that says they rarely reply.
What I’m doing with my life
I work full time for the state, a job i'm making a career out of. I'm making double my previous retail income and it's more than enough to pay for my new apartment alone.
I’m really good at
I hate to toot my own horn per se, but if i had to make a list..
-Being nice to everyone, even those who wrong me
-Going out of my way to make my friends happy
-Spending way too much on stupid crap
-RPG and strategy games
-Making computers do things that people go 'how the hell did you do that?'
-Making a mess
-Getting sniped in shooter games online
-Forgetting important things
-Other stuff
The first things people usually notice about me
I have no idea. I personally don't think i have any remarkable traits that stand out, perhaps you can tell me different.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I used to read a lot as a kid, and i feel it's improved my vocabulary tremendously. I read mostly mystery and fantasy books, such as the Hardy Boys, Dragonlance and Harry Potter. In relation to current events, i also read the Hobbit before it was cool, and it remains to this day one of the best books i've ever read.

As for movies, I will say i'm not honestly much of a movie person. I don't have the attention span to watch most of them from start to finish and i HATE being interrupted while doing so. I will however watch, (and re-watch) episodes of family guy, south park, futurama, etc until you want to strangle me and break my playstation, the source of my netflixian powers.

Music is pretty simple. If you could tag the word "rock" onto any genre, i'll listen to it. Classic, Irish, Country, Punk, etc.

Food? American and italian. The worst i can get my hands on. A big juicy steak and some pasta will make me so happy, you have no idea. I also eat breakfast food at any time of day, french toast and waffles are my mainstay.
The six things I could never do without
Family guy
(vaguely creative, no?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
If i could shut my brain off sometimes, i would love to. I seem to have taken after my sister, in that my trains of thought often end up at the wrong station. I'll begin thinking about what i want for dinner, and end up somehow pondering how trees get food from dirt. All with a completely logical, if unspoken, path. 99.9% of the time, what i think about is completely unimportant and random.
On a typical Friday night I am
Relaxing after my week at work, watching tv and hanging out alone. Dont have much to do.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have an unusual fear of gravity reversing when i look up at the sky. It gives me an odd sense of vertigo and i have to rebalance myself.
You should message me if
-You want someone to talk to
-You want someone to hang out with/walk with
-You just plain want to say hi
-You're looking for a new friend in the Albany area
