I am a spontaneous, musical, bubbly, self-sufficient woman whose job is literally "morale booster".
I am at a point in my life where I am finally taking care of myself. I am eating healthy, exercising, and clear headed with a motivation to start enjoying my life fully.
I play guitar, I have 2 cats (Binx and Mabel), I like watching cartoons (Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Archer, etc.),
I also have seen Parks and Rec literally over a dozen times fully,
and my closet is full of unfinished art projects just waiting for me.
If we hang out its not going to be dinner and a movie. We'll probably go to the lake for a hike, watch the stars on a rooftop somewhere, or do some silly art project together like beads or crocheting.
I don't care about impressing each other with fancy meals or expensive ventures, I want to get to know you as a person on every level. I want to know if our passions and interests match.
My main goal in life is to keep learning and to never let my mind become lazy and stagnant, the more people I meet and learn from the more satisfying a venture.
Hmmm, also: Tarot readings, playing guitar, dream analysis, laying on the ground and just listening to music (that takes a lot of skill).
I'm very outdoorsy. I love to hike, explore and basically if there is a large body of water I'm probably going to jump into it no matter the season.
TV Shows: Supernatural, Steven Universe,Gravity Falls, Archer, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Teen Wolf, Firefly, Black Books, How I Met Your Mother, (early) Simpsons, Adventure Time, Freakazoid, etc. you get it.
Movies: The Fall, The Brother's Bloom, Amelie, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, O Brother Where Art Thou?, Detroit Rock City, Josie and the Pussycats, Repo! The Genetic Opera, Donnie Darko, Clerks, Dogma, Mallrats, SLC Punk!,and really corny 90's movies (Head Over Heels woot!).
My favorite books mostly include memoirs (Prozac Nation/Everything is Illuminated/Travels with Lisbeth) and young adult books. John Green and Francesca Lia Block are some of my favorite authors. Oh and the Uglies and Midnighters series by Scott Westerfeld)
I'm going to give you the cliche' answer of 'everything', but I hate whatever is on the radio and I can't stand classic style country and whatever the fuck they are calling rap music nowadays (90's R&B forever!)
I listen to a lot of movie/musical soundtracks, classic rock, and the awesome music from the 90's.
Here are my bands: The Dresden Dolls, Neutral Milk Hotel, Badly Drawn Boy, Sleigh Bells, Arcade Fire, Weezer (only Pinkerton and above), MCR, Animal Collective, Radiohead, Beirut, The Cure, Girl In a Coma, BUXTON, Metric, etc...
Cream, Beatles, Mamas and the Papas, a lot of singles from the late 60's...
And there are hundreds of bands that I love a one hit wonder for, but that would take waaaayyyy too long.
