My self-summary
I am very much in love with an amazing girl I met on here a year ago. Sorry ladies, this guy is taken. We got married in June 2011!

I'm not an incredibly big fan of talking about myself, so I apologize if this isn't very explicit. I’m 6’4” statuesque and reasonably funny. I say reasonably, because the vast majority of my humor relies on my impressive and colossal handle on the power of sarcasm. Fun and exciting. Beyond that, I'm a really big nerd. I look like a linebacker, but I'm a nerd none the less. I’m not kidding; I should probably be playing football. I 'm a big fan of superheroes, videogames, and random books. I know far too much about completely random stuff... so much so that I've considered trying out for Jeopardy. But then I remember that I'm amazingly apathetic and I forget about it. I’ve been on this site off and on for a while. I’ve been on dates through here and it’s been an overall positive experience, but I’ve stopped expecting things from it. It’s not a bad place or anything, but I’ve definitely met a bunch of strange and random girls. I want to take the next step and become a lil (just a lil) more serious about starting a family and settling down and it just seems as though practically every girl I've met on here has wanted to play games.
What I’m doing with my life
Before we get into that... what’s up with their "personality awards?" I am not "less ambitious" or "less spontaneous." I'm curious about their points or reference... I'm more competitive than what? or whom? You should take these at face value based solely on their little drawings. Apparently I put large spiked collars on my angry dogs, I dislike yes men, I have a large cock (look at the size of him compared to that yes man), my large cock likes to find his way to neatly wrapped boxes (hey now), I don't like girls that are into bondage, I enjoy thinking about women who think about the circulatory system, I like my weather reports to come from catholic priests, I like small birds, I do not like small clowns who jump out of small boxes (who does?), and I dislike robots. That or I dislike the thought of the upcoming robot apocalypse. Strange that nothing is mentioned (or drawn) about the looming zombie apocalypse.
I’d also like to point out that I realize that my personality awards have changed, but I enjoy my little diatribe. It amuses me.

Anyway... back to "What I'm doing with my life"

Currently? I’m sitting in front of the computer writing about myself. I work for the Board of Social Services giving out food stamps... It's neither fun nor exciting. I'm going to school in the meantime. I try to hit the gym and or workout in some fashion at least 3 times a week. I've trained in a few different styles of martial arts, but when I’m there I primarily focus on Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I’m really good at
self deprecating humor, mocking people and or situations, and illustration. I'm also reasonably good at punching people in the face. The funny thing is that I'm completely and totally not joking.
The first things people usually notice about me
How tall I am. Beyond that, I assume my smile. I don't know; I don't often ask what people notice about me first.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: anything by Douglas Adams, Neil Gaiman, Chuck Palahniuk, George RR Martin, Terry Goodkind or the late Robert Jordan. But I don't restrict myself to just fiction and fantasy. I read anything and everything.

Movies: The Dark Knight, The Princess Bride, Blow, Spiderman 2, Stardust, The Prestige and the Illusionist.

Music: Bare Naked Ladies, The Flaming Lips, Tool, Death Cab for Cutie, A Perfect Circle, Pink Floyd, and Ben Folds. I'm also a really big fan of Chopin (specifically his waltzes, but those aside he was just a really amazing composer)

Food: I'm a fan of sushi, Indian food, Thai food, and Crabs with Spaghetti.
Six things I could never do without
My Family, My friends, my laptop, someplace to workout, something to read, and the ability to sleep in a few times a week. I'm also pretty sure I can't live without the things listed at the bottom of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, but I believe that goes without saying.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the universe... everything.

Apparently the answer is 42, but I haven't quite figured that part out yet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends, watching a movie, or working out at the gym. If I'm feeling like an especially big loser, then I'm playing something on some random video game console.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
It is pathetically easy to give up on finding love. I’ve yet to do it, but damned if it isn’t tempting.
