My self-summary
"I'd go the whole wide world, I'd go the whole wide world just to find her"

Quick bio: I'm very passionate when it comes to ethical ideas, justice, honesty and loyalty, other than that, total goofball. I'm a bit of a technophile, and nerd, but I love to play outside. I was raised in a smallish town in west Texas by a very religious, very loving family. Neither Odessa, or religion were for me, but I'm still a little old fashioned, (also my favorite drink. (also fond of parenthetical asides, perhaps that's how my thought process works))

My philosophy on relationships is that you should start as friends, if that works and there is chemistry, test the waters. If those things work and you start getting feels, then you can talk about being serious. If you don't have it all then you're lying to the other party and yourself. Every step if the way, honesty and concern for the others well-being, even if it's just casual sex, are very important.

Also, being part of a digital human sex zoo is weird. That being said...

I love sex, who doesn't? If I meet someone and the physical side flourishes, great! But, I'm not looking for just a hook up, I tried to pretend I'm not a fucking complete sap romantic, but I am, deep in my bones, my heart bones.

What I’m doing with my life
Loving my job, working on those healthy habits, dieting, working out, rock climbing, hating diets and workouts, reading, playing video games, going out to have a drink with co-workers and friends, finally getting all the tattoos I've been putting off.

I'm just trying to have a full happy life, and I'm looking for some people to share that with.
I’m really good at
Finding comic books that non-comic book people will enjoy.
Stargazing.
Seeing the best in people.
Hugs, I will hug pretty much everyone. I maaay be part puppy.
Puzzles, I freaking love logic puzzles.
Puppy and kitty sitting. I don't have the time necessary to raise a puppy despite how much I want one, and I am too allergic to own cats, even though I love them.
The first things people usually notice about me
Err? Beard, glasses, boyish excitability, inability to sit still, far off gaze indicating I'm daydreaming?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Kurt Vonnegut, Douglas Adams, Frank Herbert, George RR Martin, Neil Gaiman, Charles Stross (best far future scifi EVER), Neal Stephenson, William Gibson, Richard Dawkins, and anything else someone puts in front of me that catches my eye.

Games: Yes games, there are many games out there that are better art than 90% of movies. Bioshock, The Last of Us, Portal and Portal 2, Evolve, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Dr. fucking Mario, MagaManX-1.

Podcasts: MBMBAM, Sawbones, Stuff to Blow your Mind, Still Buffering, Ask me another, Wait Wait don't tell me, pretty much any comedy or infotainment.

Comics: Bryan K. Vaughn, Warren Ellis, Garth Ennis.

Movies: Blade Runner, Alien, Aliens, True Romance, The Professional, Usual suspects, Wall-e, Predator, Total recall, Kung-Fu panda, How to train your dragon, The Prestige, The Dark Knight, no country for old men, Princess Bride, Stardust (one of few movies that better than the book), Groundhog day, Zombieland, High Fidelity, Anchorman, Fifth Element, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Flight of the navigator, batteries not included, short circuit, Star Wars....

Shows: Invader Zim, Deadwood, Archer, Firefly, Game of Thrones, Harvey Birdman, Venture Brothers, Rick and Morty, Battle-fucking-star galactica, vikings, Utopia. That's about it TV gets on my nerves really badly for the most part.

Music: Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the 90s and early 2000s. Hip-hop like Deltron 3030, techno like apex twin, stuff like NIN and Tool. I love anything remotely like Portishead, RJD2 or other fusion bands.

Food: Eating it cooking it learning about it! Thai, Mexican, Korean, Italian, French, SOUL FOOD!, veggies, pork, beef, chicken, seasoning! One of my prize possessions is my cast iron skillet.
The six things I could never do without
1. My Friends, my life has been ups and a whole lot of downs and they have been there every shit laden step of the way.

2. Food, I get to look forward to something three times a day!

3. My smartphone
a. I get lost really easily
b. who remembers phones numbers?
c. feel a sense of impending panic if I can't check my emails and in all other ways feel connected

4. Books. I go through stages where if I am not at work or asleep I am reading. I managed to finish all five books of the Game of Thrones series in less than a month.

5. Caffeine: coffee, tea, redbull Gimee! Seriously I think decaf coffee may be one of the dumbest things ever to be thought up, and as if thats not bad enough someone decided to make it! Not only that but people drink it! I've seen it!

6. Computers. Let's just admit it you couldn't either. You may not realize it but you couldn't.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I am an airhead... I could be thinking about the real life application of a sci-fi concept, or the perfect response to an argument I had yesterday. If you get to know me you will find out really fast that my train of thought wrecked a long time ago and flew apart in every single direction.

"Do ducks really sit? If so why?"
On a typical Friday night I am
Looking for something to do after happy hour at work.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have 11 fingernails... No seriously I do. There is a little tiny extra one under my left pinky nail. That's my mutant power... Pretty awesome.

I would go cyborg, or post-human in a heartbeat, biology is awesome, but augment me! NOW!

I do believe in true love. Suck it apathy!
You should message me if
You think we could make each others days better. You're honest, and looking for a genuine connection, either causal, or looking for something possibly serious.
