Working on a HNC at Canterbury college, hopefully learning some useful stuff for various ongoing tech projects.
Just got a 3d printer and learning how to work with that!
Recently got my own place and now rapidly working on my cooking, good record so far with zero known fatalities.
Or slightly more seriously, been horseriding long enough to be quite good, but not tried any competitive stuff.
Favorite author has to be Iain M Banks, tend to read a mix of sci-fi / fantasy / horror. F.ex: A Song of Ice and Fire series, The Dark Tower series, and recently stuff by H P Lovecraft (Cthulhu Mythos) but quite honestly I enjoy reading just about anything.
Currently reading through Isaac Asimovs works.
Can't really name a favorite, so i'll just list a few that spring to mind. The Matrix, Interstellar, LoTR, Dredd, Hot Fuzz, Gravity, Also enjoy the marvel films.
Feels like I have a lot to catch up on, working through Fringe, but intend to get back to Arrow/Flash afterwards.
I've recently been working my way through the first few Archer series and enjoying them a lot. Also the Game of Thrones series is brilliant but proving hard to guess what's coming next now.
Mainly rock/metal, though there's bits and pieces from just about every genre that I enjoy. To name a few: Amon Amarth, God is an Astronaut, Gormathon, Dan Bull, The Music, Johnny Cash, Sabaton, ZZ Top, VNV Nation, Bathory, Triarii + various soundtracks. I think that's suitably all over the place.
Mexican, traditional English, Italian, Indian. Not keen on seafood, most of it if scaled up could work as the monster in a horror movie.
Will give most things a go, though if anyone else is playing hearthstone, happy to have a match at Storm#2958
My Dog, always the first thing I miss when away.
Fresh air, or a daily escape to somewhere quiet at least.
Sci/tech news to try and remain optimistic
A good amount of sleep.
Some goal to chase, however out of reach it seems.
