My self-summary
Winter's here, and it's time for hibernating! Mostly. But winter is the perfect weather for cuddling at home, bingewatching a great show on Netflix, cooking, ordering in, board games...

In summer I love to be outdoors: cycling, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, soccer, volleyball, daytrips outside the city, camping. All of which would be more fun with some company...You in?

I recently knocked off Macchu Picchu off my bucket list and have my sights on Morocco and Iceland. I want to do more of these adventures in the future, and it'd be great to have a travel partner!

I also have a problem: I love to cook. Which in itself isn't that much of an issue, but I can never cook food for one! So I'm here seeking someone who enjoys eating homecooked food so I don't end up eating leftovers for a week ;)

To counteract my outdoorsiness, I'm a bit of a homebody, so I do enjoy quiet nights in as well. Other random things I enjoy: cats (I have a big fat cuddly cat named Marvin, bonus points if you get where that's from!), board games, video games, reading, science fiction, LEGO and pie.

Also, Friday Night Live at the ROM is always a good time!
What I’m doing with my life
Used to be a software developer, but recently finished my MBA and currently working as a product manager for an entertainment company.
I’m really good at
I make an excellent cat pillow.
The first things people usually notice about me
I guess it's not the first thing, but people are often surprised when they find out I grew up in the Middle East. The first words out of their mouthes are usually: "But you don't have an accent!" I've been here 14 years now, and it's safe to say I'm more culturally aligned with Canada than the Middle East. Unless it comes to food. Or tea.

Internets, delicious food, my cat, coffee (mmm, coffee), soccer, something to keep my mind occupied.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why do we drink drinks, but we don't food foods?
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching movies or playing some games, going out for dinner or drinks, chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool, shooting some b-ball outside of the school.

Board game nights have become typical Saturday nights lately.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I eat cereal by pouring milk into a bowl, and then pouring small amounts of cereal as I go. That way, I never have soggy cereal.
