My self-summary
Hi, my name is Tim and this is a little about me:

-Like many, I'm just trying to figure out my place in this crazy world.

-I'd like to be able to pay my bills as a novelist. I've self-published three books, the latest being White Picket.

-I love all forms of pop culture, whether it be music, movies, or books. My collection is pretty insane, and I'm always searching out new stuff to experience.

-I'm fiercely loyal to the people in my life. You get on my good side, and I'll have your back no matter what.

-I'm pretty laidback and down for whatever, as long as it's fun.
What I’m doing with my life
Working when and where I can or writing right now.
I’m really good at

Pop culture.

The first things people usually notice about me
I can come across as shy and quiet but that's only at the beginning. Once you give me a chance to warm up I'm no different than anyone else.

Also probably my reddish-brown hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
This is just a sample, believe me there is much more but I didn't feel like typing it all out.

Shows- Friday Night Lights, The Tudors, Chuck, Castle, Breaking Bad, Nikita, Hell's Kitchen, Tell me you love me, Strike Back, Banshee, Hannibal, Rectify, Broadchurch, Agents of SHIELD, The Americans, Mixology, Blindspot, Hap and Leonard, Mind Games, Mr. Robot, Backstrom, Designated Survivor, 24, Flashpoint.

Movies- Pride and Prejudice, The Killer, The Rules of Attraction, Hackers, The Horseman, I Saw The Devil, The Man from Nowhere, Burning Bright, We are the Night, Confessions, The Millenium Trilogy extended editions, Ironclad, I Melt With You, The Raid: Redemption, Safety Not Guaranteed, Shame, Entrance, Spring Breakers, The Place Beyond the Pines, Side Effects, Resolution, All is Lost, Hours, Under the Skin, Only God Forgives, The Fault in Our Stars, Seconds, Men Women & Children, Bellflower, The Gift, Black Sea, Man From Reno, Hush, The Wailing, Chungking Express, The Bridge, Bludgeon, Meet Me There, Lord of Tears, Like Someone in Love.

Music- I listen to the current stuff on the radio without a problem but don't buy too many cd's. When I do, it is usually rock or techno. In addition, I've recently gotten into film scores/soundtracks. Drive is good as is The Social Network. Bought a bunch of them recently for my writing and plan to buy more soon.

Books- The Rules of Attraction, The Average American Male, Nathan's Run, Less Than Zero, The Informers, American Psycho, Men, Women & Children, The Hellbound Heart, Stalking Bret Easton Ellis, Fresh Girls and Other Stories, It Might of Been What He Said, What We Talk About When We Talk About Love, Mall, Hollow Shotguns, Black Vodka, Come Closer.

Food- I love chicken (especially Hot wings) and have a wicked sweet tooth for various candies.
Six things I could never do without
My family, my friends which are basically a second family, a good book, numerous story ideas, my gaming consoles, and delicious food.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
This quote:
"We're all gone. So many games, names, who did you love, who did you really love? Did you break their heart, or did they break yours? You know there's some real bliss somewhere, and all you're left with is...exhaustion."

The different shades of personality that people carry within themselves.

My lack of a social life. Believe me, it's not by choice. All my good friends live out of town/state. I'd like to meet new people, but it's getting more difficult as I get older.

How dating for most people seems like it isn't that hard for them, while for me, just trying to get a coffee date is the equivalent of pulling teeth.

The genesis of other profile screennames. Some seem obvious while other's are way out there in a good yet odd way. Mine comes a place both sentimental and pop culture nerdy.
On a typical Friday night I am
Relaxing, Watching netflix etc. Probably something by myself.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've never really officially dated anyone before. And considering how the mechanics of that have shifted in the 21st century, I'm not even sure how people go about doing it anymore per se.

Also, despite wanting it to be so, I still don't have a lot figured out yet.
You should message me if
Why not. Take a chance, roll the dice, because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Also, if you are in need of an obscure movie pick. I have plenty.
