I'm 46 and am self-employed, as a guest house owner. I get asked a lot if I get much free time. The answer is; yes. I am, naturally, excellent at time management ;-).
I also get asked if i live at the guest house. I always find this question confusing. I think I would find it difficult to run a guest house if i didn't live there and have often imagined getting a booking and running down the street in just my pyjamas, stopping every five minutes to pull them up, before arriving at the guest house red, sweaty and leaning on the front door frame gasping for air.
I drink and I eat (as do most people) but have found in recent years that my six-pack has moved his wife and kids in and has become a family pack. I have tried to keep him (believe me I HAVE tried) but alas, he has gone for good. The only gym I see nowadays is my friend, just down the road.
I love reading and my favourite book is by Horace 'Jack' Greasily called 'Do The Birds Still Sing in Hell?' - it is an autobiography about how Jack escaped from a POW camp over 200 times so he could meet up with his girlfriend. Currently, I'm reading Lonesome Dove by Larry Mcmurtry.
As far as a relationship is concerned, I don't really have a 'type' as such. I believe more in the 'click' than the look. I wear my heart on my sleeve. If I like someone, I like someone. Simple. Of course, there has to be a physical attraction but getting on is far more important.
Things I love:
Kisses and cuddles.
8pm: It is either when I can chill out or go out! :-)
Visiting places; especially historic ones.
Reality TV: Yes, yes. I know I'm sad, but it is my guilty (and now, not so secret) secret
Laughing and giggling: You can't beat it!
Chilling out with a LARGE G&T or red wine
Weekends away in my motorhome (don't knock it till you've tried it)
