My self-summary
I'm a different type of guy, and I definitely like other gents who feel comfortable being different and can think on their own. I can be rational to a fault, but I'm just as into guys who are artsy or granola (that's an adjective!) as well as science 'mos. I don't have a type.

I have a lot of interests, and I see myself gelling with people that have the ability to keep themselves stimulated. I'm into pastry, cooking in general, glassblowing (I make art marbles and Christmas ornaments), tinkering with electronics, virtual reality, digital art and computer animation, skydiving, gardening and homesteading, video games, rollerblading, performance driving, computer programming, etc.

I'm an INTJ, for those with an interest in that sort of thing.

Negativity is a drag, but I think it might be helpful to include two things that do not care for. If you ever find yourself *bored,* we won't hit it off. I'm a thinker with a hair-trigger bullshit alarm, so I am reactive to silliness like alternative medicine, any type of "healing," willful scientific ignorance, and crossfit.

If you routinely take "selfies," go away. I don't do narcissists.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a computer programmer by day, and an avid amateur pastry chef when I'm not working. I host a cooking club for gay guys (www.theepicureans.com).
I'm becoming an urban homesteader as a product of my love of learning how to do things and being self-sufficient. I garden, can (mostly pickles), have a few chickens that are a huge source of amusement, and have a bee hive waiting for a swarm.
I love road trips, camping, dining out at new places, and driving fast with the music pumping. I enjoy going out, but sometimes I find it hard to tear myself away from all of my projects.
I'm a big fan of the to-do list. I keep a master one that keeps me sane and productive.
I’m really good at
computer programming, cooking, gardening, video games, digital art, failing to die during spurts of spirited driving, surviving Dutch ovens
The first things people usually notice about me
...are my frequent guffawing, how I look like a Mormon but sure don't act like one, and my brightly colored clothing.

...you're into wholesome whores.
...we share some interests. I like scientists, geeks, artists, salt-of-the-earth, capitalists, sluts and "niceguys" a whole lot!
...and you know that faith is not a virtue.

And don't sweat the match percentage. I answer all of the questions extremely honestly instead of picking the Sunday school answers, and I strongly suspect that skews my scores quite a bit. OKCupid claims I am "less good-natured" than average, but I disagree.
