My self-summary
Smart, allegedly funny, no time for racists, sexists, or homophobes. I live for road trips (hence the screen name). I'm getting back into bicycling after a few years away from it. I enjoy the art, design and architecture of the mid-20th century. I'd rather wear a tie than shorts. I am physically incapable of growing a beard. Nothing makes me happier than making someone laugh. One of my goals is to be as charming and likable as my dog. He also looks better in a tie than in shorts.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm fortunate that I'm able to make a living doing things I enjoy: DJing, photography and graphic design.
I’m really good at
Driving (haven't had an accident since I was 16!), compiling playlists, listening, bowling, never being bored.
The first things people usually notice about me
No idea...except they tend to think I'm younger than I am, which is fine with me!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS: Mostly non-fiction. Biographies, history, popular culture.

MOVIES: Just about anything that isn't too Victorian or gory.

MUSIC: Best albums I've heard in 2016 are by Angel Olsen, Karl Blau, and a band called Whitney. All-time favorites include the Pretenders, the Replacements, the Rolling Stones, Bowie, the Afghan Whigs, New Order, Prince, the Black Keys, Old 97s, and Spoon.

TV SHOWS: Broad City, Archer, Peep Show, American Pickers (the concept more than the actual dudes), and several things on Food Network. Have probably told at least thirty people they need to stick with BoJack Horseman after the first couple or three episodes and they'll love it forever.

FOOD: Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Mexican, burgers, bbq, a big-ass caesar salad, Skittles, chili without beans, Breyers mint chocolate chip ice cream, and movie-theater popcorn...especially when the clerk is cool enough to put an extra squirt of "butter" in the middle of the bag before putting the rest of the popcorn in.
The six things I could never do without
My friends, my camera, road trips, good music, Photoshop, and new restaurants to try.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
where I'm going to travel next!
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
(whispers) i am on a dating site
