My self-summary
I can be very outgoing and have eclectic tastes, ideas and humor.
I can also be very introverted, and want to spend time just hanging out on the couch, reading a book, or playing board games... Settlers of Catan, anyone?
I love to listen to music, read books, play video games, and watch movies. Witty banter and sarcasm are my forte' and if you can carry on both, I can see us going far. :)
I am also very into trying my best to recycle and taking care of the environment. I believe that we as the "intelligent" beings on this planet have a responsibility to do so.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently, I'm trying to find a career. Kind-of aloft in the wind right now..
I’m really good at
Listening, fixing things, figuring out how things work, finding beauty in everyday life, and making a great chicken chili. Oh, and writing great essays... (even that one perplexes me).
The first things people usually notice about me
My blue eyes, smile, and my clever and charming banter I have been told...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The book that I am currently reading is "The Trouble With Testosterone and Other Essays of the Biology of the Human Predicament" by Robert M. Sapolsky

My favorite movies are the ones that provoke thought, or spark the imagination. As you could tell, there is a lot of movies that fit that description, so if you really want me to ramble off some names, just ask. :)

Same with music.. I can name artists all day, and genre's for miles..

I don't think this would fit into any category, but I listen to a lot of NPR... and shows like Radiolab, This American Life, Car Talk, and Ask Me Another.

Food? I like food, yes. :) Hispanic, Mexican, Italian and Irish foods are a must. Also anything that isn't A: Unhealthy as all hell, or B: Fast food (see Item A).
The six things I could never do without
Thoughts, good friends, great food, a sense of humor about everything, water, and earth, because she's a beauty.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
A lot of things, ranging from how to "fix" the climate change issue, to space/time travel, to even how to make rice without a rice cooker (hey! I'm learning!)

Quick question.. why is it that when I message someone on here, they seem to disappear? Does anyone else experience this?
On a typical Friday night I am
Depends on what is going on, but you can find me either thrift shopping, watching a movie, or just hanging out with friends if they are around.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
....that I'm only willing to admit private things when I'm in a relationship. :)
You should message me if
You want to chat it up. I'm sure we can find something in common. I like meeting new people as well. :)
