I don't know that it is possible to define oneself. Are we what we say we are, or what others define us as? If we are only what we imagine ourselves to be, then what is the purpose of image and style and how we present ourselves to the world? It would seem that the goal of adopting a particular mode of dress and/or expression would be to express who we are as individuals, but in doing so leave the interpretation of our message up to the receiver.
I've had a few beers.
I can't explain me better than anyone I know, I'm just tired of this thing telling me I have to do this.
I tend to be shy in new groups or situations. I like trying new things, and learn quickly, but I will seem very timid until I feel I have a competent grasp of the task.
I love roller coasters but escalators freak me out.
I made a lot of sacrifices over the past few years in order to pursue my dream career. I've finished school, re-established my independence, and am now working on starting my own business.
Movies:I'm not a big fan of chick flicks, or Lions Gate films. Seven, Office Space, Zombieland, and Battle Royale are a few that I could watch endlessly. (I think this needs updated)
TV:Doctor Who, Arrested Development, Boston Legal, House, Orphan Black, X-Files,
Books:I enjoy writers like Augusten Boroughs, Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, and Edgar Allen Poe. My favorite book of all time is On the Road by Kerouac. Also, John Dies at the End. Currently I am reading Ready Player One.
