My self-summary
Hey, my name is Trevor. I just moved back to Colorado after almost a 2 years. I just got a job as an Aircraft Dispatcher with Frontier. It's kind of hard to explain exactly what a dispatcher is; but it is most definitely not Air Traffic Control.

While I was in the Army, I was stationed in DC, which was pretty awesome. I loved that town almost as much as I loved being in the Army.

I love to read, and consider myself a bit of a movie buff. I also have a growing interest in photography. Even though I'm desperately lacking in technical ability, I manage to snap a few good photos on occasion.

I enjoy most sports. I follow the Bronco's and the Avalanche mostly, even when their record is less than stellar. It was awesome to be back here in Denver to see the Broncos win. I don't just watch sports, though. Oh no, I also play them... I play hockey and soccer.

I pretty much rock, I know.
What I’m doing with my life
I had to put my persuite for a degree in Airport Management on hold for the moment, as I've been moving around a bit the past few years. I fully plan on going back as soon as I get back in.
I’m really good at
Relating to people. I've seen a lot, and I've done a lot. There are few situations that I can not understand in at least some capacity.
The first things people usually notice about me
I've been told that people usually notice my eyes first.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Wheel of Time series, despite the ending of it (which I felt was too easy); Enders Game.

Movies: Alien/s; The Big Lebowski; The Incredibles. Typically speaking, I like action and comedy; but as I said earlier, I do consider myself a movie buff, so it is not at all limited to those.

Shows: I don't always watch TV, but when I do, I prefer How I Met Your Mother.

Music: I typically listen to rock or country. I do have a moderate appreciation for just about all music.

Food: Bacon, Steak and potatoes, Japanese, Italian I think would be my top. In that order.
Six things I could never do without
My family is the only thing that really comes to mind. There are many things that I enjoy, and use daily, but you learn to live life without them when you can't have them (lessons learned on deployment).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-The Zombie Apocalypse. I am ready for the first signs of the outbreak. Are you?

-The Universe. I know that's a cheesy answer, but I am blown away by the whole thing. Favorite Fun Fact about the Universe: One inch is to one mile; as one astronomical unit (the average distance from the Sun to the Earth) is to one light year. Keep in mind, the closest star is about 4.2 light years away. Let that one just simmer in your noodle for a minute. I totally geek out on it.

-How tragic it is that channels like The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel, and The History Channel USED to show some of the best shows on television, but now run shows like Honey Booboo, Amish Mafia, Pawn Stars, Millionaire Preachers... the list goes on. Those channels were among my favorites... Lowest common denominator makes me a sad panda.
On a typical Friday night I am
Regrettably, I work on Friday nights. Not only that, but I work OVERNIGHTS on Friday nights. I start at 9pm and don't get off until 7am. Full disclosure, it freakin sucks. True story.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Whenever a Ke$ha song comes on, I am unable to change the station. I'm not proud.
