My self-summary
Have lived all over - Atlanta, Montreal, Vancouver, Kyoto, Boston, Toronto and just came back to stay in Van in October. Very silly nature/plant nerd with an interest in day drinking and the botanical origins of just about everything. Rusty ex-gymnast/cheerleader (cheerleading is a VERY different thing in the South). Read a lot of environment related books. Mooch off of friends who know how to cook regularly.
What I’m doing with my life
Came back to Van after 3 yrs in Toronto and a stint in Boston. Working at a nursery/garden store which is fun. Perfecting my Russian princess impersonations ("Ohhh babe, ware iz limo? You are too poohr?"). Hoping to take some courses on the side at UBC about soil, botany, etc.
I’m really good at
backflips. I grew up in gymnastics and cheerleading and I think I have done so many that I'll never be able to forget how.
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile. Or at least that's what I'm told. Yay braces
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Environment/natural history books. Fictional stories with some fantasy mixed in.

Pixar, Last Air Bender, Mean Girls (of course), Miyazaki films, Adventure Time, Steven Universe, Sherlock, Wes Anderson movies, The Elegance of the Hedgehog, Drag Race sometimes. Grew up as one of those Sailor Moon/Pokemon/Dragon Ball gay dorks.

Music : Newfie folk trash (Lisa Leblanc) to British pop synth (AlunaGeorge)! Kind of all over the place music wise. By the way, if you can play an instrument, I'll find you at least 2 points sexier on a 1 to 10 scale. Unless it's the tuba.
The six things I could never do without
Green space (as in why I left Toronto), hipster snob coffee ("do you do pour overs?"), tea (for when I'm not drinking coffee), headphones (to shield me from the conversations of strangers on transit), wonderful friends, and something to study/be learning.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How I hate single-use plastics and why I'm a muggle.
On a typical Friday night I am
usually hanging out with some friends, getting drinks/dinner.
You should message me if
you have a ginger fetish.

But really, I don't know the answer to this! I've had it work out with people who are shy introverted video game lovers and others who are party socialites. Ideally you're relatively fit (no need for gorilla muscles) and enjoy the outdoors (if you're not I'll make you see nature in a new way and if that doesn't work then I'll buy you a ticket to Toronto) but otherwise, who knows how it could work.
