My self-summary
The disclaimer stuff: in an open relationship, not looking for anything serious but friends are always good to have. In a weird transitional period of trying to figure out the next few years of my life. Not really on here much but I have the mobile app so if you send me a message I'll see it and get back to you.

The silly stuff: Portland native stereotype who dropped out of music school and has been slinging lattes for a living for 4 years. Proceed at your own risk.
What I’m doing with my life
Toiling away at an improbably hip coffee shop. Come stop by, free coffee is one of the few perks of knowing me I can offer you.

Also if anyone knows of or wants to take me to an open mic somewhere that would be rad since I need to start performing again but also hate going to those things alone.
I’m really good at
Latte art (lol), songwriting (working on it), communication and emotional intelligence are things I've been working on recently.
The first things people usually notice about me
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Huxley, murakami, Camus, Hemingway, Atwood, Baldwin, Auster;

Wristcutters: a love story, synecdoche New York, being John malkovich, adaptation, taxi driver, the third man, the appartment, abou de soufflé, etc;

Adventure time, bob's burgers, peep show, mad men, Peaky Blinders;

Just ask me about music, too many to possibly list ugh.

The edible kind.
Six things I could never do without
This is a good question.
Nice clothes
Smart and interesting people
Good drink
New music
Therapy tbh
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Recently it's been about wastefulness and how much we consume without actually enjoying.
Feminism and intersectionality.
Critical theory (of a variety of perspectives).
The sex stuff.
On a typical Friday night I am
Playing scrabble with my partner and drinking wine? Watching live music and drinking wine? Reading Slavic literature and drinking wine? You get the idea.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Alt J is garbage. I'm so sorry.
You should message me if
You feel the need to over complicate your life.
