My self-summary
Tutor, singer, gamer, lover.

I currently still live in socal, but I'll be moving to Davis in a few months!
What I’m doing with my life
Here's a quick list of some stuff I'm doing:
- transferring to UC Davis in the fall! I'm on a full ride scholarship for Statistics :O
- tutoring statistics and other maths
- performing with probably too many choirs. It keeps me busy. Sometimes I get paid.
- playing video games excessively. Lately just a lot of Overwatch and Splatoon 2. If you told me a little over a year ago that I would primarily be playing shooters now, then I probably would've scoffed at you. :P
- I just became a Twitch affiliate. Gotta build that brand now :p

I also play a lot of Pokemon Go, which may as well have been made specifically for me given I was already walking, biking, and taking buses most everywhere.

In short: I am unabashedly geeky. If you don't have a problem with that, then we'll get along fine.
I’m really good at
Making people happy; I'm an entertainer at heart.

Strategy games. I am among 1.4% of steam users that cleared Deity difficulty in Civilization V prior to the release of the Brave New World expansion which made it a lot easier. On those rare occasions that I have the time to set aside, I always enjoy multiplayer Civ games.

I could probably thrash you in Super Smash Bros. with my favorite character, Ness.

I feel like singing ought to be listed here, but I've already hinted at that above.

I'm also the cuddliest guy there ever was.
The first things people usually notice about me
Crazy curly hair.

Next, probably that I pronounce everything with an absurd degree of clarity in a deep, resonant voice.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite book is without a doubt The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy- the first of the series. I love all of Douglas Adams' other books, too. I also love the Alice's Adventures in Wonderland books and scifi novels.

My favorite movie is V for Vendetta, followed pretty closely by Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. I thought that the new Ghostbusters was perfect.

I love opera, symphonic rock, jazz, and chiptune. Favorite bands include Nightwish, The OneUps, Queen, The Decemberists, The Noisettes, The Dresden Dolls, and Nightwish. Also, Nightwish. (Did I mention Nightwish?)
Finally, I also love a lot of purely instrumental music, as many of my favorites come from video games. OCRemix kicks ass.

My favorite food is Mediterranean/Arabic. I also love Italian, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, and Thai. I'll try anything once so long as it's not poisonous.

Lastly, I don't watch much TV, but I really love The Venture Bros., Archer, Bob's Burgers, and Futurama.
Six things I could never do without
Music, love, my singing voice, video games, friends, and a good pair of walking shoes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the Universe, and Everything.

More seriously: the music I'm studying at any given point. I listen to it constantly until it becomes the wallpaper of my mind and then I listen to it some more.
On a typical Friday night I am
Queer Dungeons and Dragons night! My friends and I have had a solid group meeting regularly for over a year now. I like to go to my favorite ramen restaurant beforehand.

I'll have to find a new group once I move. D:
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't drive, and likely never will, for a variety of reasons. I know this is a dealbreaker for a lot of people, so I figured I'd just be upfront about it to save time. I am able and willing to take an uber from time to time if taking a bus is just absolutely not viable.

Self-driven cars cannot come soon enough.
You should message me if
You have an appreciation for classical music and/or video games.
