Currently I've taken up being a barista again for hipster cred. Or maybe it's to gear up for later this Summer when I'll be co-running a brewery with my best friend. He will be the brewer and I'll be managing the front end.
My sense of humor is really broad. I love anything ranging from slapstick to incredibly dark comedy. I'm a thinker, and love to engage in intellectual conversations, but I don't take myself very seriously, if that makes sense at all. It's important to me to be able to debate someone and then step away and still have a good time with them. I pride myself on being able to view things through different perspectives, but also let's please make fun of celebrities together because they are dumb and make so much more money than we do!
I love music. There is rarely a moment when I'm not listening to it, or playing it myself. I've gone through the snobbery phase and have reached a point where I can appreciate almost all music (I'm not sure I'll ever understand dubstep, it seriously sounds like a transformer having a seizure). But the music that I love to play myself depends on the kind of guitar in my hands. Acoustic tends to lean to mellow and folksy, and electric skews blues/soul/funk.
I have a writer's soul, but you know how you write three pages, lean back to stretch and catch a glimpse of Fitzgerald's This Side of Paradise and then look back at your own words and lay your face on the delete key until it's all gone? Basically that.
I like to golf, and play racquetball, and other things old white people like! This is the section of my profile proving that I go outside for entertainment. So. This is what I do outside. Spending hours walking around trails and parks is also an acceptable outside activity.
Staying up late for no reason
