My self-summary
I'm witty, kind, responsible, among other things. I can be a dork sometimes. I can also be cynical at times but deep down I'm an idealist.

Feel free to ask about anything else!
What I’m doing with my life
Filling out questionnaires on dating sites.
I’m really good at
being modest.
The first things people usually notice about me
My salt and pepper hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I have too many favorites to list, but just off the top of my head -

Music (oh boy where to start) - Bruce Springsteen, the Clash, Eagles of Death Metal, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Queens of the Stone Age, Clutch, the Replacements, etc.

Movies - Goodfellas, The Big Lebowski, Inglorious Basterds, etc.

Shows - Breaking Bad, Justified, the Wire, Homeland, the Colbert Report, blah blah blah.

Are you still reading this?

Food - my favorite restaurant is McGuire's in Pensacola. I always like finding new places to try.
The six things I could never do without
In no particular order -
family (I consider my friends to be like family too)
my phone
a book
all my vital organs
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. Gimme a subject and I could probably rant for an hour.

I do tend to over think things, but I believe that's better than under thinking 'em.
On a typical Friday night I am
hanging out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
There are Hall and Oates AND Duran Duran songs on my phone. Don't hate.
You should message me if
you like who you are and you want to talk to a guy who doesn't wear tapout shirts. Also knowing how to have a conversation is a plus.

As an FYI on behalf of every guy ever, we do not think you are desperate if you talk to us first. And don't say "I'm old fashioned" or whatever. If you're nervous, own up to it. Don't miss out on an opportunity because you waited for it to fall in your lap. You can't find happiness without making an effort to seek it out. Just an observation.
