My self-summary
Well my name is pete, and no the PBR is not a beer reference. If this is you're first time reading through my profile you'll probably learn pretty quickly that I have no idea as far as what the hell to write in these things.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm trying to do as much as I can. I work overnights in a warehouse and about the only reason I stay there is the pay. But I find myself sleeping only about 5 hours a day and then trying to make the most out of the rest of my time, and usually I'm aiming for something outdoors so I can try to bring my dog along since I don't really have anywhere I can just let him go nuts in the winter.
I’m really good at
Cooking, I've found I have an uncanny knack for being able to throw some random ingredients together and making a delicious meal out of them. Making people laugh. Taking a really empty conversation and turning it into a deep philosophical debate on some random point out of the original conversation. Listening, the arts, and being there for a friend in need.
The first things people usually notice about me
My hair, which most guys tend not to understand, and women seem to either love or be jealous of lol. If not that then my eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Well I try to keep things pretty open as far as what I'll check out but . .

Stephen King, The Stand
Bill Bryson, At Home
Max Brooks, The Zombie Survival Guide, as well as World War Z
Neil Gaiman, American Gods
Colin Bruce, Schrodinger's Rabbits
Not to mention random philosophy books, some bike maintenance books, a couple of H. P. Lovecraft collections, and a handful of classics.

30 Day's of Night, Akira, ____ Of The (Living) Dead, the latest batch of superhero movies, Requiem for a Dream, Tarantino, Se7en, Mind fuck movies, stoner comedies, action movies, I could go on and on. Have you ever seen Rubber?

Dr Who, Futurama, American Horror Story, Supernatural, American Dad, Family Guy, Always Sunny, Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and so much more through netflix or my roommates random choices.

All over the place, but not really into country. I don't really have anything against it, it's more situational for me I guess. Other than that I might be listening to Holstz The Planets, Lupe Fiasco, RHCP, Metallica, Lacuna Coil, Eminem, dubstep, Apocalyptica, 5FDP, Zeppelin, Marilyn Manson here and there, and lately I've found myself to be on a Queens of the Stone Age kick.

I'll try just about anything including fish which I'm not a fan of, I love spicy salmon rolls, but hate tuna for some reason. I think H.K. has the best Chinese food in Syracuse, know someplace better? I make a stellar chicken wing dip, my cooking isn't typically too vegetarian friendly, but I don't have a problem with compromising on meals. I don't really like how "compromising on meals." sounds, but I can't really think of a better way to put it.
Six things I could never do without
In no particular order, my friends, my phone, art (of some kind), my dog, a method of transportation, and some sort of food that I'm sure is taking years off my life but ends up being the perfect cure to the previous night's partying.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future, something entrepeneurial, something artistic, or of course the eventual zombie apocalypse lol.
On a typical Friday night I am
Going out with friends or doing something with friends at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm sort of a pack rat, so I try to counter it by going through my things from time to time and trying to eliminate the stuff that's collected up that I haven't done anything with.
You should message me if
You think you're good at expecting the unexpected.
