I don't have a long list of requirements, but am hoping to meet one attractive, active, happy, fun woman with a youthful spirit who wants to laugh a lot and is truly laid-back, at least in her personal life. If you are an intense go-getter at work, that's awesome...as long as you can truly relax and have fun when work is done. My job can be pretty intense too..it would be great if we could help each other escape from all that. I would like to meet a woman who can become my best friend, with the goal of eventually developing into a long-term relationship. I'm up for any activity: an outdoor festival, trying a new ethnic restaurant, seeing live music, visiting a gallery/museum, a hike or bike ride, or cooking dinner together and watching a movie at home. We may get along really well if your friends/family would use any of the following to describe you: youthful, playful, smart, casual, fun, optimistic, happy, relaxed... Not so much if: intense, stuffy, uptight, anxious, depressed, angry...
For what it's worth, I have been told by several dates that I look much better in person than in my photos. For example, one woman recently said "You look much better in person than in your photos!" :)

I am a good cook and love good food. I want to cook for you. My chocolate chip cookies are legendary, and once made a teenage boy say something so inappropriate, he was almost banned from my home.
I love to read. Two popular titles of recent years that I thought were just awful: The Tipping Point, and Three Cups of Tea. If you agree, we may be soulmates. If you disagree, that's no biggie either...we still may be soulmates, but I am not likely to be in a book club with you.
Movies: I like them too.
TV: I don't watch very much TV, although I don't fear or vilify it. Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The Wire, CNN.

Can't we all just get along?
Where are you?
Wondering why so many women on OKC list "parallel parking" in the "I'm really good at" section of their profile. :) For those of you who admire parallel parking skills, here's a recent video of me parallel parking my Mini...
