My self-summary
San Diego native who is surprised Mexican food can be so different in the same state.

That picture is so old. I have like 4-5 new piercings since then and longer hair. I am so unphotogenic though so I don't even wanna bother trying to get a new picture on here.

I'm working as an LVN but still plugging away on my RN. I want to be done with school so much 😭

Happiness for me is someone to just make life better with. I've learned that I like to spoil people, but people that don't "need" to be spoiled.

Hobbies. Let's do these things together.
-Playing Dungeons and Dragons with anyone willing to to be nerdy
-Strumming on my guitar
-Playing and realizing that I'm horrible at video games, but still enjoying them.
-Just spending time with friends and family and enjoying the good times.
What I’m doing with my life
Work work.

I take care of elderly cause that's what you do as an LVN. It's not what I imagined I'd do with my life but there's something rewarding about it.

I'm desperately trying to finish school so I can finally pursue a job in an ICU
I’m really good at
In no particular order:

-Being a big softy
-Drunk cooking
-Playing guitar
-Singing poorly while playing guitar
-Putting off folding laundry
-Teaching children of various ages martial arts
-Playing devil's advocate
-Eating, breathing, sleeping
-Only remembering parts of the chorus of songs
-Not being clean shaven
The first things people usually notice about me
I go through like a 2 week process of growing a beard out of shear laziness and then being clean shaven just to repeat the process.

I also switched to using a double edged razor and wet shaving. It's so much nicer. That might belong in another section but I don't care.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books
Stephen King, the Dark Tower series
Song of Ice and Fire, audiobooks count right?
It's funny, as much as I like high fantasy and sci fi as genres I really haven't read any books from them.

Movies
I am super easy when it comes to movies. I feel like if I am not bored during a movie than it is a good movie. Some that I've really liked though are Serenity, Man on Fire, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Inception, Shutter Island, Pinapple Express, Anchorman, pretty much anything by studio Ghibli, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, horrible (amazing) Kung Fu theatre, anything with gunslingers and/or samurai and I am sold.

TV
Rick and morty, adventure time, Steven universe, game of thrones. I don't even know what to watch anymore.

Music
I listen to a pretty wide range of music, heavy metal to rap to opera.
The Sword, Graveyard, Tenacios D, CCR, Johnny Cash (about as country as I will get though), Bob Dylan, Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, Black Sabbath, Dio, Cake, Dead Kennedys, Electric Six, I kinda listen to dubstep from time to time but it's really hit and miss for me.

Food
Anything that doesn't have mushrooms, ketchup, mayo, or mustard. I love me a good burrito.
The six things I could never do without
These are more things I wouldn't want to live without
1) My family
2) My friends
3) Good music
4) Delicious food
5) Internet
6) A good drink
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I'm obsessed with the idea of just moving to somewhere I've never heard of once I get my RN. Actually going on an adventure is something I strive to be able to do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Most likely staying home to watch a movie or play games. That or dungeons and dragons.

I would love to have an excuse to get out and do things though.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoy making scarves when I should be studying for tests.
You should message me if
If you are a whole bunch of nerds. Or are interested in someone who is. I'm pretty horrible at a lot of things but being a good friend or SO is not one thankfully.
