I've been intent on converting to orthodox Judaism for some time now, though the place I live is ill equipped to accommodate such a thing. Since I unwavering plan to do this one day, this is the reason my profile information says "Judaism and very serious about it", though I am not technically a Jew right now. Though according to Jewish dogma, a mate interested in Judaism is ideal, and even required, I find that its impractical and possibly unnecessary to demand a Jewish partner, especially considering both my environment, and my somewhat unorthodox (no pun intended) personality; I would, however, prefer that someone interested in me should also be interested in Judaism, but I'm not averse to dating Christians, Agnostics, those who are "spiritual but not religious", etc.
I'm a writer of poems and short stories, and have two books in the works which I seek to publish relatively shortly. I'm also in the process of founding a small company dedicated to the production of pen-and-paper role playing games.
I'm marginally involved in the goth subculture since I love the music and clothing, but I've only ever been to one goth night and that was while I was on vacation.
I'm also a gamer; I was out of the loop for the longest time until I bought an Xbox 360 after a nervous breakdown, which helped clear away the cob webs. Now I can't get enough, and playing games has become an integral part of my "aspie (there, I said it) routine". I'm also a pen and paper RPG aficianado, and my favorite will always be Dungeons and Dragons, though I've been playing lots of World of Darkness lately.
I'm loyal, devoted, honest, sexual, and no doubt other things that can't be squeezed onto a dating profile and must be directly experienced, as everyone has these. Some good, some bad, some horrible, some so mind-shatteringly wonderful you just have to be here to see...
Books: The Hobbit, Frankenstein, Anything by Edgar Allan Poe who's been my muse since highschool and inspired me to write, the Drizzt Do'Urden books, the Earth's Children series, Pet Sematary, and others, though not necessarily in that order. I don't fit the "aspies don't like fiction" stereotype at all, never have, though I do take a different approach to fiction than the general person I think.
Movies: Mostly Horror and Scifi.
Shows: I don't usually watch tv, but when I do, I prefer documentaries, good movies, the Big Bang Theory (who doesn't like that show?) MLP: FiM--as I'm an unabashed brony, though I don't wear any merchandise or anything like that, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, The Twilgiht Zone, and The Golden Girls. Stay thirsty for entertainment , my friends...
