My self-summary
Well I've been away from OKC for a while so I figure it's time to revisit the profile. If you've gotten this far, it means that your Prince Charming doesn't necessarily have a flowing head of auburn hair with chestnut highlights. Good sign. Read on. Originally from Michigan but have been living in SF for 10 years now. Made a very spontaneous move out to SF but still a humble Midwest guy at heart. Also, no I'm not a Republican.

I enjoy good beer, bourbon, and the occasional red wine. If you would like to share any of those, this is off to a good start already.

I'm an important member of my adult dodgeball team. I also like to hit up concerts, festivals, or whatever else this city has to offer. You may find me in Tahoe on the weekend either skiing (winter) or tubing down the Trukee river (summer). I like to stay active...running, hiking, Insanity workout with Shaun T, whatever..

I surround myself with good people because that's what matters. I tend to find Midwesterners out here. I'm not sure why that is, but maybe it's because we're down to earth people who were also smart enough to get the hell out of there. Shoot me a message and let's meet up and see if we get along.
What I’m doing with my life
I head up the global ad operations team for a large digital publisher. If any of you on my team found my profile, get out of here!
I’m really good at
Reading signs, navigating foreign cities/airports, being on time, analyzing problems, select games on the old school Nintendo, fixing computers and other tech gadgets, pivot tables, remembering random facts (helpful for trivia)
The first things people usually notice about me
I asked my friend. She said my friendly demeanor or my cue ball. Hilarious.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Breaking Bad, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Game of Thrones, Wonder Years reruns and BBC nature shows on Netflix.

I'm all over the board on movies. Netflix suggests that I like quirky, sentimental, cerebral movies (think Shawshank Redemption, Garden State, Lost in Translation, etc). Some more of my favorites are Lord of the Rings, Dark Knight, Old School, the Hangover...the list goes on. I'm really into any genre if it's done well. I'll give anything a shot if it gets good reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.

Books: Catch 22 is one of my all time favorites. Harry Potter, Hunger Games, 1984, Brave New World, A Song of Ice and Fire series. Currently reading investing books.

Music: Mostly oddball post rock stuff (American Dollar, Hammock, Explosions in the Sky, etc). Look up the "Instrumental Music to work to" playlist on Spotify. Other than that, rockin out to whatever happens to be on or the latest catchy song for the radio. Depends on my mood.

I honestly love all types of food and I'm always down to try new kinds. Always on a quest to add a new place to my "Top 5 best steaks ever" list. Other cravings I get: pho, Chicken Tikka Masala, burgers, sweet potato fries, Cuban sandwiches, Thai, and so on. This list is making me hungry.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I see so many people with dogs and SF is allegedly a very dog friendly city, so why is it nearly impossible to find an apartment that allows them?

The future, which continent to visit next, the economy, regulatory capture, moving to South America or Singapore, getting a dog, Detroit Tigers & Red Wings, University of Michigan sports (no buckeyes please)

The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Beer tasting at the Jug Shop! If not that, HH/dinner with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Why did I shave my head? I was tired of hiding my best asset under all that hair.
You should message me if
You are diggin the dome and you want to hang out. You're not wishy-washy or flakey. You like deep conversation. You like dogs.
