My self-summary
I am Randy. I'm an audio visual engineer specializing in troubleshooting (troubleshooting tech things not necessarily life things). I like being presented with a unique problem to fix, I appreciate the challenge (again, audio visually-- don't worry, I won't try to fix you). I left my job as an inventory manager to become a freelance audio visual engineer, and have found much more satisfaction with my work. I am also a poet, and love writing, reading, and listening to poetry. I haven't performed my work in a couple years, but now that I have some more free time, I plan to start attending open mics again, and have started writing new stuff. I am very much a geek, but I don't just fit into one fandom. I like Doctor Who, Star Trek, anything JRR Tolkien related. I enjoy game nights; I play board, and card games. In the past couple years I've also started computer gaming again, mostly RPGs.

The current political climate. I've become much more informed politically in the last few years. I also spend a lot of time thinking about Seattle and how much I would love to live there.
On a typical Friday night I am
