Former health insurance IT-guy converted to high school teacher (update: decided not to teach next year, loved the experience). I'm a combination of analytical, extroverted, and sarcastic. Oh, and maybe a hint of weird.
I'm also a little UConn obsessed. I've been part of the University for almost a decade now and LOVE it! I did my BS and MS at UConn and have been working there as an Adjunct Professor (part time) for about 3-4 years. Bonus points are on the table if you're a UConn fan.
I'm not allowed to donate anymore blood at the Red Cross because I bleed blue. I also love dad jokes.
In May of 2014 I was l was laid off from my 9 - 5 IT office job and subsequently went on a 14,000 road trip around the US.
I'm also very chatty. Consequently, I do occasionally "talk" to my cat, Homie.
