I used to work IT in health insurance but converted to being a high school teacher (update: decided not to be a teacher, loved the experience).
I'm also a little UConn obsessed. I've been part of the University for 10+ years and LOVE it! I did my BS and MS at UConn and for several years now have been working there part-time as an Adjunct Professor. Bonus points are on the table if you're a UConn fan.
I'm not allowed to donate anymore blood at the Red Cross because I bleed blue. I also love dad jokes.
