My self-summary
First off, yes I am a police officer, I fully disclose that not in hopes to catch me a "badge bunny" as some of you ladies call it, but merely as a deterrent so that if any of you ladies hate cops for whatever reason we can just save each other time right now and skip each other. It is becoming very tiring for me to meet someone, engage in conversation for a prolong period of time until the question arises, "So what do you do for a living?" I have one rule which is don't ask a question that you don't want to know a straight forward and honest answer too cause I will tell you. So when I answer with, I am a police officer, I am mostly followed by the following three things:

1) I am blocked
2) I get a lecture on how horrible I am for being a murderer, corrupt, blah, blah, blah
3) I never hear from them again

So please don't judge me before you get to know me. I am not a bad person, I wear my heart on my sleeve. If you only got to know me and talk to me you would know this about me:

- Graduated High School top 10% of my class while doing 2 sports at the same time during my whole 4 years.
- Joined the Marines after graduating High School at age 18
- Deployed to Iraq and served 5 years with the Marines
- Became a police officer at age 21
- Bought my first house at age 22 in the city of Fontana in 2009
- Recession hit during that time and my parents lost everything, their home, cars, credit card debt, etc.
- Had my parents move in with me so I can take care of them, I am very family orientated and family always comes first.
- Father passed away in 2012 suffering from many illnesses since 1999. Prior to him passing, he made me promise him that I'd get a college degree cause I have never been to college.
- Enrolled at a 4 year university in 2013, a year after my father passed to keep my promise to him cause I always keep my promises.
- Currently attending CSUSB for Business Management and going to school full time taking 3-4 classes a quarter, projected to graduate in 2017.
- Bought my second house in Rancho Cucamonga at the end of 2014 and currently reside there with my widow mother. If you have a problem with me taking care of my mother or say I live with my mommy then you might as well just skip me now.
- Bought my first motorcycle, a 2016 Yamaha and my first sports car, a 2016 Corvette Stingray.

As you can see, I have seen and done a lot that most men my age can't say. I am very blessed and I am grateful to what I have accomplished. I am very goal orientated man and work hard for the things I want and I earn them. I know how to treat a woman because I treat my mother like a queen and she raised me well. Chivalry isn't dead with me, I am very respectful especially towards women if you ever give me a chance you will see for yourself. I love helping other and I am not selfish hence why I joined the Marines to help those in other parts of the world and a police officer to serve my community. I am always trying to better myself and all that is left in my life is to meet someone to hopefully enjoy my time with and someday more if possible.

So please, as I previously mentioned, don't judge me before you get to know me. There is more to me than meets the eye.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was in 5th grade I wanted to join my middle school band. I wanted to play the trumpet or the drums but my parents couldn't afford any instrument rentals. My older sister used to play the flute and my mom told me that was the only instrument I could play. I really wanted to join the band but thought the flute was gay. My mom looked me in the eyes with those puppy dog look and said, "mijo, do it for me"... I love my mom so much and I'm a mamas boy that I did. I played the flute from 5th grade to 12th. Yes, I was picked on all the way through 11th grade. My senior year was okay lol
