My self-summary
I may have asked you a question. It might not even mean I'm interested, it might mean I just want an answer to the question. Some people are into cool shit that I just want to know more about. Oh, I swear a lot.

Also, we can just be friends. I'm not trying to date everyone I message. That would get complicated fast.

I'm a gamer, deluxe model. I use the term gamer because I'm not just into card games OR video games OR board games, I'm into all of it. I play Magic casually, I keep up to date on video games, I have an impressive board game collection, 40k collection and table top RPG library.

You're still reading? Holy shit, thank God, if you've made it this far then your nerd-fu is probably strong as well. I guess I'll continue.

I fight. I'm a member of the Belegarth Medieval Combat Society. What does that mean? It's complicated. Mix fencing, Kendo and MMA (minus the head shots) and you're close. It's a combat sport. It's also a life style. We have huge campouts (as little as a hundred, as many as 1500 people) where we fight, get sloppy drunk and party our asses off. I have been the leader of my local chapter for 7 years and a fighter for 15. This is a huge part of my life. If this sounds like fun you should find a way to talk to me.

Now all the real life stuff. They're after all the fun stuff because my degree or job or how much money I have in the bank is not what defines me. I have my BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry.

See why I wouldn't want to bring that up first? It sounds boring to me too.

I am passionate about my hobbies and my friends, a fantastic listener and conversationalist and very difficult to offend.

I am also extremely honest and open. I'm very transparent.
What I’m doing with my life

I'm a very in the moment person, don't judge me.

..... Shit that's the whole point to this site isn't it? I knew I fucked up somewhere.
I’m really good at
Listening. Giving advice. A lot of people tell me they think I'm psychic, but I'm just really good at understand people, since deep down we all really want the same things.

I'm good at almost anything involving fine motor control. I've played video games forever, and they've given me very good hand eye coordination, so now I can thread needles and things like that real well.

I'm NOT good at dancing, but a few drinks can get me to try. I don't usually dog bars or clubs, I like being able to talk without shouting.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm large and loud. I make people laugh, like the kind where they turn red and roll around on the ground. I have sass for days.

I have long luxurious hair. I love my hair.

I'm real. I don't sugar coat. I'm not hiding anything. If you don't like me now lying about who I am won't make you like me later.

The six things I could never do without
6? ::Sigh:: My phone. The entirety of the knowledge of the world in the palm of my hands, plus cat pics.

My car. I have a lot of hobbies that require travel and cargo room.

My close friends. The family I chose. My friends keep me sane. Top shelf.

Air conditioning. I like my room like an ice chest.

My cats.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
People. If I had any time I'd be a people watcher. People are fucking weird. I'd know, I am one. You can learn a lot more than most people realize by watching them, or even better talking to them for just 5 minutes. Everything we do betrays our inner thoughts.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm either out painting the town red or masturdating (I never have a bad time when I take myself out!), but definitely am not sitting at home.

Hanging out gettin smashed. But only if I'm crashing the night, otherwise sober. Always cocktails, never beer. Strawberry daquiris usually.

Out at a card shop playing Magic. I have an EDH group that plays 10-4 Friday nights.

At the movies. I try to catch a flick every Friday night, I LOVE going to the movies. I go to the expensive theater buy the expensive popcorn and drink the expensive soda. I love it. I hardly ever run into a movie I don't like. Have you seen a movie? Thought it was bad? I probably liked it. I often hear "How could you have possibly thought that crap was good?"

The following exceptions apply: No Country for Old Men, Zodiac and Transformers 2 (and I liked the first one!).
You should message me if
I always thought this was kind of a dumb section. You breathe?

Are you bored? Do you wish you were having more fun? Do you enjoy having a good time? Would you have a better time if you were having a good time with someone else?

It's just a message, not a social contract.

A better section would be: DON'T message me if:

You're planning to vote for Trump.
You make your bed.
You could never see yourself camping.
