Not long ago, I spent some time living and traveling in a camper. I took it all the way to California. Then I came back to the rat race. I live and work downtown, which is fun.
I have an unusual mind, circumstances, beliefs, and habits. I probably come across as fairly conservative and "normal" when people meet me, but inside I'm kind of crunchy and socially/politically radical. I have a lot of well-developed ideas about how I want to live my life.
I've worked on organic farms and I'm really interested in gardening and farming.
I really, really like cuddling and all physical contact. Like, a lot. Even if it's not followed or preceded by sex.
I'm open to relationships:
labeled or unlabeled
exclusive or non-exclusive
short-term or long-term
as long as they involve a lot of cuddling, a lot of honesty, and no drama.
I like board games, video games, beach volleyball, biking, hiking, walking, and sprinting, but not jogging.
I'm a big politics/economics/investing nerd. I'm kind of libertarian, but mainly I just dislike the Republicans and Democrats. I like all the other parties.
Watching: Love serial dramas. There's too much good TV to watch it all.
MR. ROBOT, BLACK MIRROR, Westworld, Fargo, BSG, The Americans, Game of Thrones, etc.
Reading: sci-fi, current events, economics. I like reading actual newspapers. I'm like your dad in that way (and probably other ways too (if we are a high match)).
PODCASTS! I live for them. NPR News, politics, economics, current events.
Lykke Li, Booka Shade, They Might Be Giants, Royksopp, Deadmau5, CSS, Daft Punk, Thievery Corporation, etc.
Skepticism: Question authority; think independently; trust, but verify.
Peace: There is no way to peace; peace is the way.
Love: Put someone else before yourself.
Health: If your body is a temple, health is religion.
Freedom: The meaning of life.
If you aren't afraid of giving and receiving honesty.
If you're agnostic or atheist or close to it.
If you're at least theoretically open to ethical non-monogamy. Non-monogamy is not a requirement for me but I get along best with people who can at least wrap their minds around it.
