My self-summary
I am a unique and curious person and value knowledge and personal development. I am a biologist and a naturalist. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, movies, dinning out, cooking for friends, and red wine. I am an adventurous cook and I prefer to take over that job in a household.

I am old-fashioned only in the sense that I can build, fix, do anything that needs to be done (no BCAA for me). As good in the bush as in the city: I can fall a tree with an axe (properly), run a compass line for 5 miles and only be 50 feet off, follow a 100-year-old blaze line, pick wild ginger, camomile, coltsfoot, boletes, and chanterelles; but also dress up classy for the ballet. I know how to taste wine and how to cook classic gourmet and exotic ethnic foods (Balti Butter chicken, dahl, sticky rice, pad Thai, tourtiere, laab)

One of my great joys is lying in bed at sunrise and listening to the dawn chorus. In a relationship I am supportive, giving, monogamous, and passionate. I am looking for someone I can love and respect.

My ideal partner is an intelligent, attractive woman who values personal growth. She knows, like me, that only by being vulnerable and by risking your heart, can you find a lasting love. I like passionate women who love, appreciate, and express their natural femininity. I believe that marriage is a sexual union, so my partner would be a sensuous lover who contributes to a passionate relationship. It's a bonus if she enjoys lifetime learning, nature and wild animals. I expect us to be equal partners in the relationship. You can also contact me at my web site "".
