My self-summary
Born in Russia, grew up in Germany until I was 14 and finally ended up in the land of french fries and lawyers. After moving around way too much, I seem to have settled here in San Diego. Came down from the Bay Area to go to UCSD and after finishing up school decided I don't mind the sunny beautiful weather and could stick around.

Easy going and drama free, but like to maintain an edge to keep things interesting. At my core I'm a deep thinker and enjoy contemplating life and why things are the way they are. I love creativity and feel driven to put a creative spin on everything I do even if it takes extra time.
What I’m doing with my life
Enjoying life, working diligently on my career as a software engineer, while always looking for fun adventures that would make for a great story.
I’m really good at
- Crafting witty text messages
- Problem solving and producing highly detailed lists
- Been told this a couple times: giving sound and practical advice
The first things people usually notice about me
My quick wit and easy going nature.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
All over the place. From electronic music (huge Tiesto fan, Dash Berlin, Above & Beyond, Thomas Gold), to jazz, anything with a Spanish guitar, hip hop and then some.

Spirited Away, No Country for Old Men, Inglourious Basterds, Exit Through the Gift Shop, Memento, Knocked Up, Gladiator, Amelie, The Hangover, The Usual Suspects, American Beauty, Godfather, Pan's Labyrinth, Wedding Crashers, Pulp Fiction, Gone Girl, Nightcrawler, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Star Wars, Wreck-It Ralph

Game of Thrones, Westworld, The OA, Shameless, The Wire, Silicon Valley, Family Guy, Jessica Jones, Archer (Danger Zone!), Rome, Louis, Colbert Report, Daily Show, 30 Rock, Sherlock

Favorite Restaurants:
Sushi Diner (not to be confused with Sushi Deli 1, 2 or 3), Spices (Thai), Pomegranate (Russian/Georgian), Arrivederci, Rocky's (best burgers in SD, take that Hodads!), Ortega, Mike's Taco Club, Bluewater Grill (now if only there wasn't a mile long line every single day -sigh-), Newport Pizza & Ale House, PB Fish Shop, Cafe Bleu, Wine Vault, Sushi Ota
The six things I could never do without
1. Red wine. Major wino in training and on a mission to try every bottle at Trader Joes. My current taste buds are all about Pinor Noir and Malbecs.

2. Internet. Seriously, what did people do with themselves a few decades ago?

3. Sushi. Must have it once a week or else ...

4. Music! Lucky enough to have a job where I can get away with spending countless hours listening to stuff on hypem, pandora and soundcloud. If you have any good playlists, send them my way!

5. Tea ... teehee. Hey that rhymed!

6. Being active: working out, snowboarding, yoga, ping pong at work and beach volleyball on the weekends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to get better and improve my current skills ... stuff like nunchucks skills, bow hunting skills and computer hacking skills.

Seriously though, I love learning new things. Always curious how to get better at something.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hitting up a class at Culture Shock and grabbing a drink with friends after.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Found a way to run into a tree at full speed, when I was 10 years old. And let me tell you, the tree got me real good. Moral of the story: look where you run because trees hurt.
You should message me if
Hahaha oh let's face it. If you are a girl, you are not going to be messaging anyone on here. Unless of course you want to stop being a chicken (Bwwaaaaaaaaakkk!) and prove me wrong ;)
