Looking for someone with a bit of a creative side to match my own, and together combine our powers to create... something. Hopefully not create some kind of magical creature that fights crime, because that's just weird.
I'm always looking to learn and will try almost anything once, or more to see if it fits with me.
I'm into science and technology, but also its human impacts. Skepticism and critical thinking are ideals to be striven for, even if not obtained.
I cook, from recipes, but I'm fearless of ingredients and steps.
I take fitness pretty seriously now, but it's more of a constant small thing over time.
Movies: The usual science fiction and fantasy fare.
Music: Practically anything, mostly listening to podcasts though.
Food: Pasta with cream or light sauces, Japanese ramen shops (Shin Sen Gumi, Ajisen, and Santuoka!), croquettes, kielbasa, and anything I feel like baking.
Games: Firewatch, Uncharted, The Last of Us, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Towerfall, Helldivers, Her Story, Gone Home.
How do I make characters that are archetypal and easy to connect emotionally, without being cliche.
Should this plot point be revealed before or after another?
What color is the rim light for an object when the light hitting it is reflecting from a purple surface?
Why aren't there more Asians in movies and TV?
"...When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up." - C. S. Lewis
I know, I have a lot of deep thoughts. Sometimes I--oh look, kittens!
The club scene just isn't for me, I tried it and it's not my style. Quieter places to sit and talk, or do something besides drinking (while probably still drinking) are more my thing. Museums are a plus. Bars I can handle, more likely to find me at a Brewery if I'm just there to drink.
Please don't use the like system, or if you do don't expect any kind of timely response.
