My self-summary
The basics are all pretty much covered, now it's time for the unadulterated come-on. This somewhat shy, but fun-loving, geek is looking to spend some time with someone who loves animals, the beach, driving, trivia/word games, action movies, scary movies and scary action movies. I have a broad range of music/movie/TV tastes and enjoy the subtle art form of karaoke critiquing (those who can't do, critique). My ideal match-up also has a wide range of likes that may include playing pool, disc golfing, and roller derby. I love to laugh, at humor as intellectual as a Dennis Miller rant to the gutter humor of a great South Park episode. If this peaks your interest, let me know.
I’m really good at
being adept at a lot of things, but master of few. I am a bit of a Jack-of-all-Trades.
The first things people usually notice about me
is my sense of humor. Quirky, slightly sarcastic, and usually fired from the hip.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Anne Rice novels, Agatha Christie mysteries, Tolkein, Piers Anthony
Movies: B-Grade Horror, Action, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, the occasional drama or comedy
Music: 80's, 90's, pop, classic rock, even country, shy away from rap/hip-hop, ska, and jazz
Food: Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Italian, American, limited seafood
Six things I could never do without
1. a phone
2. an internet connection
3. a TV and movies
4. a computer
5. Chinese food
6. Insulin and syringes (had to put one practical thing in the list)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
life, and the current pop song that has gotten stuck in my head. Song exorcism...STAT!
On a typical Friday night I am
either out at a friend's house playing games, or at home watching a movie or doing something computer related.
