My self-summary
Well, here goes nothing... I'd like to think I'm pretty intelligent (I certainly contribute my fair share of the answers when I go to pub quizzes with my housemate), I can hold my own in most conversations, from the serious to the mundane.

I'd say I have a pretty good sense of humour, although some tell me I have a bit too much of a penchant for bad puns.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to decide what I want to do.
Playing my ukulele.
I’m really good at
Saying "yeah go on, I'll have one more", then stumbling home 4 hours later
The first things people usually notice about me
I actually don't know. Maybe the glasses or the beard. What did you notice first in my pictures?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
All of these categories have far too many answers to fully fill in, but a small sample to give you a flavour would be:

Books - Tend to like autobiographies mostly. Not generally a fiction reader. I do enjoy the Dave Gorman, Danny Wallace, Tony Hawks, kind of "drunken bet travel" genre.

Movies - Jurassic Park, Star Wars, LOTR. Couple of random ones - Still Crazy, Mystery Men.
Love all the Muppet movies.

TV Shows - British sitcoms really, things like Red Dwarf, Spaced, Father Ted, Blackadder.
Big fan of Taskmaster on Dave. One of the funniest shows I've seen in a long time.
LOVE Flight Of The Conchords. Bit of a Doctor Who geek, but not as "bad" as some people...

Music - Bruce Springsteen, Stereophonics, Divine Comedy, would probably be my top 3.
Like musical comedy such as Tim Minchin, Bill Bailey, & Flight Of The Conchords again

Food - Italian, greasy spoon, Pub Grub, Sunday Roasts
Six things I could never do without
My camera - I hate seeing things and thinking "that would make a great photo, if only I had my camera"
My ipod - I love music, and various podcasts, especially on journeys
My computer - I adore the fact that you can find out literally anything in seconds online, and can't imagine not having access to that
My bed - Speaks for itself...
The music of Bruce Springsteen - he literally has a song for any possible mood you can be in, or want to get yourself into
My ukulele - Love me, love my uke. I'm not VERY good, but good enough to play gigs with the band.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
New songs to attempt to learn on the ukulele.
Sam Vokes' header v Belgium in Euro 2016. Seriously, if I start daydreaming that's the default option.
On a typical Friday night I am
either at work, or at home in front of the tv with my housemates.
You should message me if
You like something about my profile. That's how it's supposed to work, right?
