My self-summary
Nature-loving creative type with girl hips and big plans. I'm unabashedly geeky and curious about life. I strive for compassion but get hung up on my cynicism. Poly.
What I’m doing with my life
Saving up for my first five acres. Writing, gardening, game-designing. I have about a thousand interests and I like to dip my toes in all sorts of rivers.

My current diversions:
Teaching myself Clickteam Fusion and Unity Engine, writing an anthology of short stories, designing a wilderness survival-themed card game, and trying not to forget my Pulaar.
I’m really good at
Being enthusiastically distracted by all the wonderful things in life.
The first things people usually notice about me
goldish mane, big nose, powerful presence.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Magical Realism

Music: Indie Folk

Food: Wild Stuff

Movies: Pretentious Foreign Junk

TV shows: Ones that show the beauty and joy in sad and ugly places

Tree: Western Red Cedar
The six things I could never do without
alone time
honest human touch
animal friends (wrens and coyotes &c)
street food
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to realistically and fantastically portray the cultural and geological history of an imaginary world.

How to be a writer/game designer/hunter/gatherer/restaurateur/forest ninja/carpenter/animal whisperer/mystic type/world traveler/future rad hippie parent/alternative economy commune establisher/person who sees every interesting show in Portland.

What the mountains think of my hair.
On a typical Friday night I am
reading or at an event. If you find me out on the town, I'm much more likely to be at a concert, comedy show, game night, or house party than at a bar. Loud crowded rooms don't float my goat, but I like being intellectually and culturally stimulated.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm terrified of emotional vulnerability and compensate by trying to make myself useful.
You should message me if
you are sometimes so overwhelmed by the beauty and enormity of life that you feel you might cry.

If you want to play Agricola with me.

Si a naani Pulaar e a faala wallude-kam ekkitaade.
