My self-summary
I'm an easy going, progressive guy. I have an irreverent sense of humor and try not to take life too seriously. I am very ambitious, however.

I love exploring and visiting museums. I enjoy being out in nature when I can. It feels good to get away from the world. Sometimes I go on mini adventures and visit little towns. It's fun to look around and try local cuisine.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently attending university to get my masters in rehabilitation counseling. In my spare time, I write little bits and pieces of things and indulge in photography.
I’m really good at
Eating pizza and then feeling bad about it.
Reading about psychology and Buddhism.
Waiting for aliens to arrive.
Getting annoyed with Deepak Chopra.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have been told that I have dreamy eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like sci-fi in general. Minority Report, The Fifth Element, Predator, The Venture Bros, Futurama, The Mighty Boosh, Star Trek, Star Wars. Miyazaki is great too.

l enjoy books about Buddhism and Taoism. My favorite magazines are Scientific American, Discover, and Tricycle.

Bauhaus, Bjork, Black Moth Super Rainbow, David Bowie, Garbage, Klaus Nomi, Nine Inch Nails, Nirvana, Pixies, Radiohead, Rasputina, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Robots In Disguise. I listen to a lot of video game music, too.

I enjoy food from all over. My favorites are Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian. I'll try anything spicy, unless it's poison. Don't try to feed me poison.
The six things I could never do without
My cerebellum
My camera
Rainy days
A cat to pet
Long walks
Night time
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Human nature, how people react when other people transgress social norms, humanity's relative insignificance in the scope of things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with a friend or two at home. When I do go out, I prefer to keep things low key.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I saw a sasquatch last summer. We hung out for a bit and got to know each other. We still talk occasionally but he's just too needy, frankly.
You should message me if
You're ambitious but don't take life too seriously.
You're cynical in a rational way.
You enjoy nerdy conversation.
