2) Chocolate. Preferably great chocolate, but any will do in a pinch.
3) A bathtub. A long soak helps me let go of stress (without pills!).
4) The "old school," spiral-bound, "Week At A Glance" calendars.
5) Sunscreen. It's kept this pale guy from turning into a crocodile.
6) Yoga classes. I find the more you do, the more it works for you.
