My self-summary
I had and have been aspiring to become the next Clint Eastwood or Alfred Hitchcock. I have all the skills one could ask for; I know a little about a lot; people say I'm smart - both street and book - and I guess my degree would back that up, but in my opinion college was just one big party. I'm tall, been told quite 'handsome', and I know not only how to treat people how I want to be treated, but also, and maybe more importantly, how they want to be treated. I get a large amount of satisfaction from seeing other people happy, and having a girl to focus my attention on would be a nice hole to fill in my life. And to be clear, I am open to a relationship, only if casual dating goes smoothly. And to be doubly clear, I am a gentleman and will respect all boundaries set with the upmost diligence, but understand I am a man, sex will cross my mind, a lot. And if I may point out, that is why I am on this site; I treat women with maybe a little too much respect, so I generally get put in the 'friend zone'. Unfortunately, it usually takes a pretty strong hint in my direction to get me to recognize someone is attracted to me. I'm trying to work on that, but like most human beings, I have a fear of rejection and am not inclined to say how attracted I am to someone who doesn't feel the same way.

UPDATE: I try to answer the questions this site has to offer because I think they're extremely insightful for relationship compatibility, and I also try to expound on my choices by offering the context of my mindset in the explanation section. To know that you're really interested and you've found some reasons to connect with me, please use that as a way of introducing yourself in a unique manner :-)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a bit of a free spirit. I like learning, so I'm always on the net reading; going to seminars; or just kinesthetically working my way through something new. I'd really like to make an impact on the world and I've spent a lot of time mulling around in my own and others' thoughts about the best way to do that. As I mentioned at the beginning, I have a desire to make movies, and I feel that I can give people strong messages to reflect on after the entertainment of the moment. I'm hoping to write books, screenplays, direct, and act. Personally, I like to relax more than go. That's not to say I'm unadventurous, I just feel like I know how to enjoy and appreciate sitting still. On the flip side, when I am outside of a relaxation zone, I have a somewhat fluid nature about traveling - I go everywhere, I do everything - I love driving and taking road trips to new places. All in all, I am very much a go with the flow person and I let the wind and people I meet take me new places.

UPDATE: So, maybe I have understated the fact that I play video games. Gaming culture is something I'm into and will pay attention to. I know there is a stigma with being a gamer/nerd, but I feel very confident that gamers are some of the smartest people in the world (albeit, not always the most socially capable). I like to think that it helps tremendously with neural plasticity, effectively allowing my brain to handle more while working on most any activity. To that point, I'm curious if there are gamer girls on here feeling the same way as myself. If you are, please drop a line :-) furthermore, even if your not looking for a bf/gf relationship, and you just want someone else to game with from time to time, hit me up. I'm on XB1 and PS4, playing Destiny and most big releases.
I’m really good at
Being the 'jack of all trades, master of none'. And I like it that way. Everyone in the world wants to be a specialist at something. I want to be the best generalist in the world; for some reason I think I will be happier for it. Although, IMO, I think I am really good at sports, cooking, sex, sleep, video games, smoking ganja, drinking, paying attention to detail, using logic and an extensive vocabulary, and treating people well ;-)

UPDATE: I found a better slogan for being a jack of all trades... 'Jack of all trades; master of LEARNING' :-P
The first things people usually notice about me
How tall I am...

Six things I could never do without
I think I just answered that in the previous section, but that was 7 things. As much as I love GoT and Sunny, I'd have to leave shows off the list. So... Books, Movies, Music, Food, Sex, and Sleep :-)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Honestly, sex, people, and meta aspects of life. I know I am really good at sex, but I don't get to do it often enough not to think about it ;-P That may sound a bit odd, but it's the truth. And since I'm on the subject, I will note that I believe talking about sex casually is a good thing. One should feel comfortable in their own skin, and really understanding your sexuality and being able to express it defines a lot of other traits for a person (I'm just echoing a Freudian pontification).

Additionally, I like watching people, and I have a deep fascination with filmmaking because of how effectively it can convey different personalities in relatable and artistic ways.

Also, I pay close attention to connecting the disparate 'dots' in life and connect them for others to see and think about...

Other things that occupy my thoughts outside whether I can get laid; are people inherently good; and understanding the grand scheme of life are: whatever-my-next-tech-toy is, movie plots/themes to put in the creative memory bank, how I can make a serious impact on civilization, and when the love of my life will be found.
On a typical Friday night I am
Who knows... I fly by the seat of my pants. I could be at home doing nothing, or I could be out, painting some town red...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
