My personal philosophy- insofar as I have one, and insofar as I understand anything about philosophy (which I rather don't)- is that this is the only life I am going to have, and I should do things that please me. That includes analyzing the reasons behind doing things that don't please me. Practical hedonism?

-I've been to France, England, Jamaica, China, Antarctica, plus all over North America.
-I like driving winding roads in bad weather.
In nerdery: Slytherin/Pukwudgie (you'll have to query for my patronus), aligned neutral evil (sorry not sorry), INTP/J, Type C, Shakespeare, Hermes.
If you saw me on a bus, you'd probably notice that I was knitting.
a/b. Plays: Mary Zimmerman's Arabian Nights, Much Ado About Nothing, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Twelfth Night, Martin McDonaugh's The Pillowman.
b. My all-time favorites are Willow and Conan the Barbarian. To round it out, my lesser favorites (is that an oxymoron?) are Galaxy Quest, V for Vendetta, The Fifth Element, Moonrise Kingdom, Stranger than Fiction, Tropic Thunder, and Black Cat White Cat. (There are a lot of movies I've loved, though.)
c. I will happily watch most any PBS or BBC murder mystery, and a slew of other shows that I often can't determine why I like.
d. I love most kinds of music, and I prefer to change it up often, to avoid band fatigue.
e. Ah, food. Can't really go wrong there; so much of it is delicious. However, I have a rather plebeian palate, so I'm often texture-oriented when in comes to nuance; foods I don't like are invariably so because of their texture.
