The special guy I’m seeking will not be particularly religious and will be open to dating someone who is non-traditional. I am spiritual but not religious.
My special guy will allow me to be me and not try to control me. This will work both ways; I will not attempt to control him either. One of the best parts of being single is freedom, and I would like to retain a sense of this freedom in a relationship.
This special guy will be a good communicator. Too many problems in relationships are due to a lack of communication. I want a man who isn’t afraid to say, “Let’s talk.”
This special guy will be kind-hearted and have enough self-confidence not to want to hurt others. I try to keep my drama to politics and to working for positive changes. That’s enough drama for me.
This guy will have to be cute--to me. I don’t have a particular type but will know whether we have physical chemistry when meeting. Believe me, none of us are as good looking as we were back in the 80s. Life happens.
This special guy will be honest and have the tendency to be a one-woman man. A sense of wonder and adventure would be grand. Life is short; let’s have some fun.
Movies: My personal favorites are "The Creator," "Pay It Forward," "Nobody's Fool," and "Good Will Hunting." This is not to say that I don't enjoy other types of movies as well, such as action or comedies. Quentin Terrintino is a genius!
Television: "Justified" is my current favorite show.
Music: Todd Snider is a current favorite. I still love AC/DC and just about anything with words.
2) A vehicle with music (to sing with): It sometimes amazes me how happy I can be just driving and singing:)
3) Love: Hey, it makes the world go around.
4) Creativity: Every second is a choice and a chance to create.
5) Fun: Oh yeah!!!
6) Passion with a mixture of laughter.
