As for me? I'm a strange person for sure. For a long time, I defined myself as an introvert, these days I think I'm a pretty equal mix of both. I have a strange sense of humor, which is pretty much a mix of ridiculous immature and dark. I personally just think laughing is one of the most important parts of life.
I am a very contemplative person. I pride myself on complete open-mindedness. I love to meet different people and debate different areas of life. I feel this is one of the best ways to getting to know a person.
I change my hair all the time. I like self expression through my appearance and I don't see that changing any time soon.
I'm a bit of a grammar nazi. And by a bit, I mean I will irritate you with the sheer amount of my corrections of your grammar. I attribute this to my love of reading and writing. Storytelling and language will always hold a dear place in my heart.
I have a filthy fucking mouth.
I don't smoke weed. I never have. It holds little interest for me, though I am very pro-legalization.
I am loyal and honest to a near fault, but I pride myself on my strong morals.
I am a very maternal person and I love to help other people. It's such a great feeling to do that.
I'm a pretty wise person, I'd say. I've been through a lot in my life and I have definitely chosen to learn from them.
I'm wordy and express myself way better in letters or email than I do in real life.
Anything else is left to conversations.
I currently am a dog groomer and bather and love spending my days with these awesome creatures.
Though I am forever cursed with an immense amount of bruises, I am far stronger than my willowy stature would suggest.
Making terrible jokes (which generally involves self-depreciating humor if not already obvious enough)
Singing way too loudly and terribly on car rides
So, I guess that. I hear that the most.
The list could go on and on. But, the two most notable is Richard Bach's Illusions and Patrick Rothfuss' trilogy (plus novella). I have two of his signatures and I am not ashamed of this nerdiness.
I really like horror movies. Anything paranormal interests me a lot. Unfortunately, it's really difficult to find good scary movies. I also love a good comedy. Zoolander and Anchorman are my two go-to movies when I need a laugh.
I am super passionate about music. I adore it. I'm very eclectic in my taste. Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Florence and the Machines, Lana Del Ray, Regina Spektor, and Metric. I also love most 90's music and I have a special place in my heart for punk music.
Sushi! Italian is a close second.
- Reading, art, writing, and photography.
- Experiencing new, interesting things. The world is vast and I've seen so little of it.
- The internet and technology and general. Yes, I love my phone and computer. I am a firm believer in the beauty of meeting new people you never would have met otherwise, thanks to the internet. Hence my online profile here.
- Learning new things. I'm constantly trying to expose myself to new things and learning everything I can. I think wisdom through knowledge the only way I could ever make myself a richer person.
Driving is the worst for the anxiety, though I can't explain why.
Also, I fart shamelessly.
If you can write in at least coherent English.
If you have a question.
**You understand that just if I reply to you, it doesn't mean I want your babies. I respond to anybody who seems to have the possibility of being somebody interesting in my life. That includes friends. (see above to "what I'm looking for", friends are there, I promise.) Please don't get hurt if I tell you I see you in a purely friendly way.**
You shouldn't message me if:
You're just looking for a threesome or a hookup.
You expect dating before friendship.
You have nothing more significant to say then "hi gurl u hot."
