My self-summary
Hey! Thanks for checking out my profile! My name is Matt, I'm originally from Michigan, but I'm now living in Charlestown.

I came here for grad school (PA school to be specific) and am happy to call myself a New Englander now. I always have been into watching sports, football, hockey, baseball, and can eat lobster for every meal, so I would like to think even as a Midwesterner I blend in pretty well here.

I live by the mantra of work hard, play harder.

I'd like to meet someone who has a similar outlook on life, such as likes to travel, is a foodie, is educated, and thinks having fun and being kind is important. Someone who has a strong relationship with their family and friends is important too (and hopes to have one of their own someday).

I used to be quite the party animal, but my focus lately is more on finding someone to share my life with. I still like to go out, but finding someone who is equally as happy with their life as I am with my own, and someone who I can look forward to seeing during the work week and go on weekend adventures with is more what I'm looking for now.

I think things that are important in a relationship are chemistry, communication, and being able to be goofy and not serious all the time.

With that said, I think it's important to get outside your comfort zone a little bit when dating, and finding someone who could teach me something new and expand my horizons.
